With the appearing and experienced use of variety of latest techniques,smart campus which used to be a fantasy future concept has gradually penetrated in our campus life and provide clients with variety of high-quality service.Unified multi terminal portal platform,interconnected backstage database and convenient intramural business handling make campus clients see the brighter future.However,after the upsurge of initial construction,the construction of smart campus is slowed in recent years.What makes it happen is that there is no standard for the theory and construction of smart campus without clear guidance documents of the state.And it makes universities know nothing about how to carry out the construction after the apparent initial construction.For that,the introducing of different knowledge and methods would be a thinking to solve the mentioned problems.Through referencing amount of literature study,the construction of smart campus has been a trend,but there is no standard for the its existence.Besides,long period of construction and big investment lead to that universities are not able to carry out the construction with cautious approach.While the birth of scenario analysis is a method of forecasting for enterprises to solve the problems on medium and long term strategic planning and coping policy developing.The dilemma and troubles that the construction of smart campus encounters has something in common with the problems that scenario analysis can solve.So this writing put forward the idea of using scenario analysis in framework model construction of smart campus.Above all,we introduce the current development status of smart campus and scenario analysis,and put forward the idea of using scenario analysis in the construction of smart campus.Through researching related basic knowledge and combining with the features of smart campus,the feasibility and key and difficult points are analyzed.When a practical conclusions is got,detailed steps for applying of using scenario analysis in the construction of smart campus can be set up.Besides,to design specific application case of scenario analysis.Chose a number of themes form smart environment,smart teaching service affairs,smart scientific research and smart teaching,and carry out the specific application of scenario analysis.Each theme is designed and analyzed by the procedure of Internal factors,analysis of external driving force,noting of prerequisites,scenario description,analysis of information technology demand,block diagram of main function,suggestion of intelligent transformation,and suggestions for improvement of application system planning model.Finally the analysis conclusion and perfect opinion of the model would be got.In the end,after the scenario analysis of multiple themes,comprehensive analysis of all case scenario design,the revision of the original application system planning model is put forward,and form a new model,and describe the functions of each layer.
