Education and teaching reform has always been a long-standing direction in the education field.As 5G communication and big data technology have played a huge role in various industries,In order to build an information-based campus environment,the competent education departments made plans for the construction of smart campus project,providing technical conditions for education and teaching reform based on it.However,there are many problems in the construction of smart campus,such as "emphasizing hardware,ignoring software;emphasizing construction and ignoring application".In view of this,in order to scientifically evaluate the level of smart campus construction of vocational schools in Anhui Province,this article attempts to build a set of indicators for the evaluation of smart campuses in vocational schools in order to scientifically evaluate the construction of smart campuses in vocational schools in Anhui Province.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,construct an evaluation index system for smart campus in vocational schools.The 6 first-level indicators in the Jiangsu Vocational School Smart Campus Evaluation System were retained,and the key indicators from the second and third-level indicators were extracted,and finally 15 second-level indicators and 23 third-level indicators were formed.Then,the evaluation model is constructed.The subjective weighting method based on expert scoring and the objective weighting method based on evaluation data are comprehensively considered to avoid the shortcomings of the two methods.For the selection of comprehensive evaluation method,the grey correlation analysis method can mine the association relationship of each evaluation scheme through mathematical analysis,and the strength of the correlation relationship can be expressed by the size of the correlation degree.TOPSIS method is an evaluation method which approximates the ideal solution.All the optimal results of the evaluation results are selected to form the ideal solution,and the worst evaluation result is taken as the negative ideal solution.The advantages and disadvantages of the evaluation scheme are judged by calculating the distance between the evaluation scheme and the ideal solution.The calculation of TOPSIS method needs a lot of index data.Considering that many evaluation indexes of smart campus are difficult to be accurately quantified,the evaluation results are not accurate enough,so the combination of grey relational analysis and TOPSIS method is used to improve the accuracy of evaluation results.Finally,taking A Vocational School in Anhui Province as the evaluation object,this paper makes a case study on the smart campus evaluation of vocational schools in Anhui Province.According to the evaluation index quantitative method,score the indicators of A vocational school smart campus construction,and then the data is processed according to the algorithm of evaluation model.In this paper,the Matlab program of AHP and entropy weight method is compiled to calculate the index weight,and the Matlab program of grey relational analysis TOPSIS method is used for comprehensive evaluation of the project.The overall score of smart campus evaluation of A vocational school is 69.54 point,and the closeness between the evaluation object and the ideal solution is 0.776,which is in the interval[0.4,0.8),indicating that the smart campus construction of A vocational school is in good development.
