To adapt to the “Internet+”teaching trend,which features individuality,openness and interactivity,the teaching patterns as well as learning models tend to be altered.It is convinced that m-learning can be an option for its flexibility and intelligence,whose development is also technically supported by the application of cloud technology and the development of mobile terminals.Thus,it is necessary that researches on the m-learning application and the campus network service improvement be done in secondary vocational schools.From the project management perspective,the research is based on requirement analysis theory.This research is conducted on a typical secondary vocational school covering the two main aspects,the users' s needs and the technical needs.With an online survey,the teachers' and the students' understanding,experiences and needs of m-learning have been looked into.Meanwhile,a requirement analysis method based on Soft Systems Methodology(SSM)is applied to process the results and the users' needs are thereby acquired,followed by the functional requirement results.Accordingly,a cloud-based campus network service technical requirement analysis is proposed to satisfy the users' needs and the real situations.After the construction,some cases on m-learning application,resource service and teaching management are illustrated to verify the effectiveness of the requirement analysis and the quality of the service.
