Teaching skill is an important component of teacher's professional ability,and professional ability is the core factor to evaluate teacher's professionalism.With the deepening of the reform of basic education in China and the promulgation of the Professional Standards for Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools and kindergartens,the teaching skills of primary and secondary school teachers are required to be updated.As an important part of teacher education,the cultivation of teaching skills is the starting point for the cultivation of teachers' teaching skills and the realization of teachers' professional development.However,there are still some problems existing in the training of normal university graduates who still can not adapt to the teaching environment of primary and secondary schools as soon as possible and teaching ability can not fully meet the needs of primary and secondary schools.Therefore,it is urgent to clarify the practical difficulties faced by undergraduate teacher education in the training of normal students' teaching skills.With the development of higher education as a service industry,college students,as the most important customer of higher education service,have been paid more and more attention to the main position of evaluating the quality of education.However,the evaluation system of higher education service quality in our country lacks the evaluation of students' subject level.Based on this,it is of great significance to explore the quality problems of undergraduate teacher education in the training of normal students' teaching skills from the perspective of student satisfaction.Based on the theory of customer satisfaction,this study firstly established the satisfaction model and evaluation index system of undergraduate normal students' teaching skills.On this basis,the author compiled the questionnaire on the satisfaction of undergraduate normal students' teaching skill cultivation,and selected the senior normal students of Gansu X normal University and Gansu Y normal College who had participated in the teaching practice as the objects of investigation and research.Based on the students' interviews,the author finds out the present situation of their satisfaction with the cultivation of teaching skills in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the survey data,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,students' expectation,quality perception,and value perception has a direct positive effect on students' satisfaction.Meanwhile,students' expectation and quality perception have indirect positive effects on students' satisfaction.Among the factors affecting students' satisfaction,the most direct positive influence is quality perception,and the overall influence is the student expectation.Secondly,the undergraduate normal students' satisfaction with the training quality of teaching skills is relatively low,just past the general level,and has not yet reached the relatively satisfactory level.Thirdly,from the point of view of latent variables,students have the highest scores on students' expectations and the lowest on quality perception.From the perspective of quality perception variables,students have the highest score on assessment and the lowest on training objectives.Fourthly,from the point of view of manifest variables,some of the observed variables are relatively affirmative,and some of the indicators need to be strengthened,mainly involving curriculum setting,teaching level,practical teaching,and assessment.Fifthly,from the perspective of individual differences,there are significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of teaching skills and the evaluation of some variables in gender,major category and learning self-confidence,but there is no significant difference in the origin of students.The satisfaction of male students in teaching skills training is significantly lower than that of girls.Natural science students' satisfaction in teaching skills training was significantly lower than that of social sciences and humanities students,respectively;students with weak self-confidence had significantly lower satisfaction with teaching skills training than students with strong self-confidence.In view of the above conclusions,this study discussed how to improve the quality of normal college students' teaching skills cultivation,and how to improve the satisfaction degree of normal students' teaching skills cultivation.Pay attention to the quality expectation of undergraduate normal students' teaching skills training;Strengthening the training service items of improving the teaching skills,including defining the training objectives of the teaching skills of the normal school students,reforming the teaching curriculum,innovating the teaching methods,improving the teaching level,strengthening and optimizing the practical teaching,Improve the assessment mechanism;Pay attention to the individual differences of students,pay attention to "teaching students according to their aptitude";Implement the strategy of student satisfaction,attach importance to the evaluation environment.
