| With the advent of an aging society in China,the focus of research on pension issues has gradually shifted from the material level to the spiritual level,and education for the elderly emerged as the times require.Attaching importance to and developing the education for the aged is of great practical significance to the improvement of the lifelong education system,the active response to the aging,the construction of a learning society and the realization of the comprehensive development of the aged.As an important carrier to meet the spiritual and cultural needs and learning needs of the elderly,colleges and universities have increasingly become the focus of attention and discussion from all walks of life,and its teaching quality is the most important one that people pay more attention to.Therefore,it is an important problem to be solved urgently in China’s senior university that how to reform the university curriculum model,protect the rights of university teachers,and improve the students’ satisfaction with teaching quality.The core of this study is to explore and analyze the students’ satisfaction with teaching quality in senior universities.Therefore,on the basis of the theory of customer satisfaction,by drawing lessons from the relevant scale of satisfaction at home and abroad,the author compiles the Questionnaire of Survey on Students’ Satisfaction in Teaching Quality of the Senior University and the outline of the interview.The former one was conducted among SN senior college students,while the latter one was conducted between teachers and students.It is found that the students in SN have a higher overall satisfaction with the teaching quality,which indicates that the teaching quality of the aged university basically accords with the expectation value of the senior students to the senior university;there are differences in each dimension of students’ satisfaction,in which the senior students have the highest satisfaction to teachers and teaching,and the lowest satisfaction to school management and service.Specifically speaking,in terms of teachers and teaching,students’ attitude towards teachers and teachers’ quality recognition are high,but there are some problems such as low suitability of teaching methods,less young teachers,large mobility of teachers,etc.From the aspect of personal development,the elderly students have a high degree of satisfaction in cultivating sentiment,healthy body and mind,as well as increasing knowledge,but they have a low degree of recognition in serving the society through learning.From the aspect of curriculum setting,the senior students are satisfied with the scientific nature,adaptability and systematicness of the curriculum,but they have low satisfaction with the level and characteristics of the curriculum.In the aspect of learning environment,the satisfaction of the senior students with the soft environment of the school is obviously higher than that of the hard environment.The student has a high degree of satisfaction with the learning atmosphere of the campus environment,and the satisfaction of the use of the hardware facilities is low for the study site provided by the school.In the aspect of management and service,the senior students are mostly satisfied with the management service of the monitor,the next is the head teacher’s service,and the lowest is the teaching administration service.Based on the analysis of the research results,the author puts forward the relevant policy suggestions from both the macro and micro aspects.From the general respect,the government provides the policy support and gives an identity affirmation to senior universities.From the microcosmic aspect,the university shall reform curriculum system,increase characteristic curriculum scale,add teacher incentive,check mechanism,guarantee teachers’ right,create class committee member,encourage students’ self-management,strengthen management team,supplement young teacher,rationally allocate of resources,provide dedicated sites,increase the sense of elderly students to serve the community,and give full play to the residual heat of the elderly students. |
