According to the survey report on migrant workers in China issued by the State Council recently,the number of migrant workers in China is about 130 million,of which 80% of them are engaged in the work of engineering construction.However,due to many reasons such as organization,management,policy,system and so on,the wage arrears of migrant workers have occurred,and labor relations and social stability are being challenged.A City Hi-tech Zones have different degrees of arrears of migrant workers' wage cases every year.Peasant workers' collective visits to pay pay,block government office buildings,and even visit Beijing,all of these have seriously damaged the construction market order of the high and new hi-tech zones.Finding out the reasons for the arrears of wages of migrant workers and putting forward corresponding countermeasures are of great significance to social harmony and stability.This article mainly takes the problem of the wage arrears of migrant workers in the field of A high and new zone engineering construction,and gives a brief overview of the field of engineering construction and the wages of migrant workers in the A city high and new zones,focusing on the understanding of the wage arrears of migrant workers in the engineering construction field of A city in recent years,and to the existing and present farmers.The investigation and analysis of the wage arrears of migrant workers,through the survey of the migrant workers in the field of engineering construction in the past five years,visit the relevant government departments,collect corresponding data and cases,through collation,combined with the current wage arrears of migrant workers in high and new zones,summarize the characteristics of the pay for migrant workers.In the five angles of law,government management,construction units,construction units and migrant workers themselves,the reasons for the arrears of wage arrears of migrant workers are discussed from laws and regulations,government management,construction units,construction units and migrant workers themselves,and a series of solutions to the arrears of migrant workers' wages are given in the end.The feasibility proposal.
