Research On The Problems Of Migrant Worker's Wage Arrears In Baotou

In recent years,the rapid development of urban economy demands more and more labor resources.As a direct participant in urban construction,migrant workers are affected by system,economy,management and other factors in the process of migrant work.The problem of wage arrears often occurs,which has affected social stability and unity.Due to the influence of the nature and development level of the industry,there are different degrees of wage arrears in all walks of life,especially in the construction,catering,service and other industries which demand more labor resources.According to the logic of "finding problems solving problems",this paper studies the basic problems of wage arrears of migrant workers in Baotou City by clarifying the definition of migrant workers and wage arrears,combining with the theory of equity,the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of minimum wage,etc.,analyzes the current situation of wage arrears of migrant workers in Baotou City,and makes statistics on the complaints of wage arrears of migrant workers by means of questionnaire.At the same time,it analyzes the reasons for the city's migrant workers' wage arrears,including the unbalanced payment level of enterprises,the unclear management authority of departments,the ineffective legal aid,and the weak legal awareness of migrant workers.At the same time,the problem of wage arrears of migrant workers in Baotou City has caused adverse effects.Only by strengthening the internal management of enterprises,strengthening the government supervision,increasing the punishment of wages in arrears,and improving the ability of migrant workers to claim wages,can we fundamentally solve the problem of wage arrears of migrant workers.
