With the new round of curriculum reform,education is becoming more and more demanding for teachers,and teachers who pay more attention to teaching ability have not met the requirements of The Times.The new period requires teachers to transition to "scientific research" and "exper" teachers.In order to promote teachers' professional development,speed up the transformation of teacher's footsteps,many schools to carry out teaching and researching activities as the main way,improve teachers' teaching ability,cultivate and improve teachers' education research ability.In recent years,many school teaching and research activities have been carried out in full swing,achieving certain results.At present,the general description of the present situation of the teaching and research activities is that the teaching and research activities are very formalized.The form of teaching and research activities is single;Teachers' enthusiasm for participating in activities is not high;Teaching and research activities are not effective.In order to understand the implementation status of teaching and research activities of elementary school mathematics teachers in Changsha city,this paper takes the mathematics teacher of Y elementary school in Changsha city as an example to carry out the case study of teaching and research activities.Through in-depth Y primary school substitute,hands-on Y elementary school mathematics teacher's teaching and researching activities,obtain first-hand information,the study found that Y problems existing in the elementary school mathematics teacher's teaching and research activities are:teachers for teaching and researching activities cognitive is not enough,interest is not high;The form of teaching and research activities is single and lacks vitality;The research role of teaching and research courses is not fully utilized;The teaching and research activities lack systematic evaluation mechanism and so on.In order to solve these problems,some Suggestions are put forward.Firstly,we should understand teachers' actual needs and improve teachers' enthusiasm.Teachers should set up the correct teaching and research view to play teachers'subjective initiative;The school should make clear rewards and punishment measures to ensure the effectiveness of teaching and research.Secondly,improve the routine teaching and research activities and enrich the form of teaching and research activities.The school leaders should pay more attention to it,give sufficient funds for the activities,increase the proportion of public after-school evaluation,and organize various kinds of teaching and research activities.Thirdly,the school should strengthen professional guidance and highlight the characteristics of school teaching and research.In addition,teachers should improve their self-reflection and awareness.
