The compulsory education mathematical curriculum standards(2011 edition)changes the mere emphasis on "double-base" mathematics teaching to "Four-base” mathematics teaching. Although it has made some achievements in experience on basic mathematical activities, many teachers are still have some doubts as for how to integrate those experience into mathematical activities. As to this question, the study was carried out in this paper.The paper is mainly studies by data studies, observation and case studies, and the context can be divided into these four parts: the summary of experience on basic mathematical activities and the theoretical basis of the study, designs for students to get basic mathematical experience, design and analysis of teaching cases on students get mathematical experience and the conclusion and introspection of the study. To sum up and analyze the data documentation, the author summarizes the connotation, features and the types of the experience on basic mathematical activities as well as elaborates the notions of the mathematical activities experience and the relations among four-base teaching. The principle and process of the mathematical activities that had been brought out provide a basic theory to a further design for the mathematical activities. By learning from the teaching examples of outstanding teachers, the author can take example by its good teaching methods and combined with her own teaching experience, therefore, the author uses the volume two math books from elementary school grade three--texts version of Beijing normal university-- to design activities and make a concrete analysis according to the four aspects of math courses contents. Bycombining theories with practices, the basic mathematical activities of experience can incorporate into the daily teaching activities.This study can provide a guidance to the primary school teacher theoretically and it can help them to have a further understanding about the importance of basic mathematical activities. Thus to design the teaching activities in an effective way in order to promote the students to accumulates the experience on mathematical activities.
