Objective: To study the effects of Plié,a basic ballet movement,on spinal morphology from the perspective of human science.Analyze how the spine changes during the Pli é exercise.Draw lessons from Pli é's train of thought, apply it to the sports that need body beauty. Methods: Eighteen college students, male and female, aged 20 to 23 years, who had not received systematic body training and dance training, were randomly selected from Sichuan normal University. The subjects made Demi-Pli é and Gand-Pli é in natural standing position(45 ±5 degrees outside the toes,180 degrees outside the toes and 5 feet in the ballet).Using Idiag Spinal Mouse Spinal Mouse Spine Electron Meter and 16-Channel Wireless Surface Electromyography,C7-S3 Spine shape was performed on subjects.Morphologic measurements and a EMG measurements of related muscle groups.Morphological measurements of the spinal column included Thoracic spines,Lumbar spines, sacral obliquity and Lengthia. The related muscle groups included rectus abdominis, obliquus abdominis, erector spinal muscle, trapezius muscle and inferior bundle of trapezius muscle. The action myoelectric signals were analyzed by a EMG.Results:(1)When the subjects were doing Demi-Pli é in their natural standing feet(45 ±5 degrees outside the tips of their feet),one foot in the ballet(180 degrees outside the tips of the two angles),and five feet in the ballet(feet close together, heel opposite the toes).Thoracicspine decreased significantly(P<0.05,Lengtht)increased to 0.046(P<0.05),right vertical spinal muscle, left gluteus maximus, and left and right trapezius bundles were significantly different(P<0.05).The subjects were doing Gand-Plié in natural standing feet(45±5 degrees outside the tips of both feet),one foot in the ballet(180 degrees outside the tips of the two angles)and five feet in the ballet(feet close together, heel opposite to the toe).P value was 0.038(P< 0.05),P value was 0.034(P< 0.05),right vertical spinal muscle, left and right gluteus maximus, left and right sides of trapezius muscle, and left and right sides of trapezius muscle showed significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The greater the external angle of the feet, the smaller the angle of the thoracic vertebra, the longer the spine, the longer the spine is,and the longer the spine is,the larger the external angle of the feet is,the greater the vertical spine and the greater the gluteus maxius. The length of reaction time of trapezius muscle increased obviously, which contributed to the increase of muscle strength and provided the material basis for erect and straight spine.Suggestion:That in the physical exercise of sports,we can draw lessons from Pli é training train of thought, according to their own project characteristics, properly strengthen the external angle of the feet for standing exercises, squat exercises and so on.In order to achieve the purpose of spinal shape training, the body posture is developed through the conscious control of the body gravity center by the practitioner.
