As the Ministry of Education promulgated the "Notice on the Popularization of Information Technology Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" in October 2000 and the two important documents "Guide to the Information Technology Curriculum for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)" issued in June 2001,information technology is used as a primary and secondary school.The compulsory courses have been under development for nearly two decades.Due to differences in capital investment,resources construction,and faculty development in different regions,the development situation is quite different.In particular,the development of information technology courses in the relatively backward western regions There are particularities.The author took the primary school IT teachers and students in Liang District of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture as the main object of investigation,and adopted the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and classroom observation method to understand the implementation status of the information technology curriculum in primary schools in Liangshan Prefecture.Try to discover the problems in the implementation of the teaching of information technology courses in primary schools in Liangshan Prefecture.Finally,it summarizes and analyzes the successful experiences of educational theories and excellent courses in the research literature,and proposes countermeasures for the implementation and development of information technology courses in the region.It is expected to provide some practical basis for the sustainable development of information technology courses in minority ethnic areas.This dissertation is divided into six parts: The first part mainly elaborates the origin,purpose,significance and methods of this study,domestic and foreign research summaries and related concepts,which are the introduction part.The second part is the selection of survey samples and the design of questionnaires and interviews.Including the survey object survey,the content of the survey,the preparation of questionnaires and interviews,the relevant theoretical basis and the implementation process of questionnaires and interviews;the third part is the research and analysis of questionnaires and interviews,from the basic situation,curriculum teaching,student information The four dimensions of literacy and faculty development are to understand the implementation status of the primary school information technology curriculum in the Liangshan prefecture;the fourth part combines survey questionnaires and interviews to draw conclusions and existing problems,and analyze the problems;The fifth part is to propose countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.First is to change the concept of education administrators,teachers,students,and parents,and to improve the status of information technology courses.Second is to improve the quality of classroom teaching.Third is to strengthen the construction of teachers.The fourth is Practice student information literacy education,and provide teaching cases for reference.The sixth part reflects on the research and summarizes it,and puts forward the deficiencies in the research.
