| With the continuous development and advancement of computer technology,teachers’ ability of information technology application has been paid more and more attention by the national education department.As information technology is directly related to the knowledge structure and ability quality in teachers’ professional development,at the same time,the improvement of teachers’ ability of information technology application is the core step of the reform and evolution of educational information,so if we want to realize the reform of education informationization,we must improve the level of teachers’ application of information technology.The research object of this paper is the rural primary school teachers in X City,starting from five different dimensions of information technology application ability by questionnaire survey: technological literacy,preparations and plans,management and organization,evaluation and diagnosis,learning and development,mainly studied the factors affecting the application ability of information technology in rural primary school teachers in X City,and brought forward the countermeasures to enhance the application ability of information technology in rural primary school teachers in X City.By using SPSS to analyze the questionnaire,this study first analyzes the current situation of application of information technology level of rural primary school teachers in X City: Rural primary school teachers in X City have a certain sense of information,but the overall level of teachers’ information technology application ability is not high;The main reasons for these situations are: the shortage of school education equipment,the lack of information management system in schools,the lack of information technology training opportunities for rural primary school teachers,and the lack of motivation for rural primary school teachers to learn information technology.Based on the above conclusions,targeted solutions are put forward,namely: from the perspective of the school,the school should give multi-party support to enhance teachers’ ability of information technology application,but also need to strengthen the teacher’s information technology application ability-related training;... |
