With the continuous progress of the times and people's increasing demand for interpersonal communication, the development of community organizations has become more rapid.Whether it is for virtual networks or the real world, community organizations have become an integral part of social groups and college students'lives. In an information-rich and information-explosive era,it is of great significance to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on student organizations through multiple perspectives. The paper mainly selects the actual student community organizations as the research object, and uses the social network analysis method which is a specific method of studying the group structure as the research method of the thesis.Researches on real-life community organizations usually focus on qualitative analysis or on the organizational network structure, neglecting the role of individual nodes in the organization network and the interaction between the network and individual nodes. The dissertation firstly selects 12 communities from six major social organizations of our school as the research object, and obtains relevant experimental data through the questionnaire survey.Through the software Ucinet,a network relationship matrix is established to obtain the network structures of the 12 communities, which includes a total of 360 member nodes..Using the research methods of social network analysis, using the relevant models in the analysis tools to measure the network structure indicators of community organizations, such as network density,small-world network indicators(cluster coefficients, length of feature paths),point-centeredness,etc.Analyze the related attributes of different community organizations forming a network structure.Quantify the interpersonal communication skills, attribution trust,self-identity,and community stability of the community organizations using the Likert 5-grade scale method, and use variance analysis,Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the experimental data.Analysis, hypothesis testing. To study the relationship between different organizations, the same community network structure and individual nodes, the results show that there is a certain correlation between the network structure of community organizations and the characteristics of the community. It is concluded that the network density, the length of the feature path, the intermediate center potential, and the proximity to the center have a positive influence on interpersonal skills, attribution trust,self-identity,and community stability.Clustering coefficient has a negative influence on interpersonal skills, attribution trust,self-identity,and community stability.Point centering has a negative impact on interpersonal skills and self-identity,and has no significant effect on trust and community stability. Finally, the similarities and differences between the real community and the virtual community are not considered, and the properties of the individual community are considered.Based on the K-means algorithm and the DBSCAN algorithm,360 community members are clustered.
