The development of teacher's teaching speech ability is one of the important topics in the field of teacher development and cultivation.The improvement of the development level of teacher's teaching speech ability is an important factor in the success of teacher's teaching practice.In the context of the new curriculum reform,teachers must develop more flexible and resourceful teaching and speech skills.To help teachers achieve better teaching speech ability,The factors that affect the development of teacher's teaching speech ability need to be detailed and scientifically studied and clarified,However,in terms of the influence factors of teacher's speech development ability,there is still a lack of systematic,objective and empirical research results.In order to make up for the lack of the existing research,this study conducted an empirical research on the factors that influence the development of teachers' speech ability.The research adopts a hybrid research method,and conducts a preliminary investigation and analysis on the development characteristics and influencing factors of the teacher's teaching speech ability based on quantitative research of positivism,after that,we study the characteristics and influence of the main factors that influence the development of teacher's speech skills based on the results of quantitative research,supplemented by qualitative research methods.Striving to study issues from different perspectives,and we will not fall into the superficial understanding of data that does not make sense or subjective biased understanding that is too subjective.The study found that teachers of different teaching ages have significant differences in the development of their teaching and speech skills.The most developed teaching age for teachers' speech skills is 11-20 years,and the fastest time to develop is the 6-10 year of teaching.The correlation analysis of the development data and influencing factor data of teachers' teaching speech ability shows that there is a very significant positive correlation between the educational philosophy and the ability to tell,between knowledge structure,development motivation and explanation ability,and between knowledge structure and questioning ability.Further regression analysis shows that educational philosophy,knowledge structure,feedback and thinking,understanding and empathy,development motivation,skills and strategies are the main factors affecting the development of teachers' teaching ability,one of the most influential factors is the teacher's educational philosophy.Educational philosophy is the soul pillar of the development of teachers' speech skills,knowledge structure is the foundation of development,and development motivation is the driving factor of internal transformation,stressing the reflective practice of methods is a necessary process of external transformation,and understanding and empathy can help teachers and students communicate harmoniously.Based on the above findings,this study finally proposes the following recommendations for teachers' questions on how to effectively develop their teaching and speech skills: 1.Inspecting the development of oneself and motivating development motivation;2.building a knowledge structure of flexible systems;3.Teaching with Advanced Education Concept;4.Keeping develop on reflection and practice;5.Focusing on student conditions to meet student needs.
