| "Teachers are the keys to the success or failure of education reform.Without the help of teachers and their active participation,no(education)reform will succeed".In May 1972,when UNESCO published the book "learning to survive-today and tomorrow of the education world ",the thought of post-service education,continuing education and lifelong learning gradually developed.The policy of"national medium and long-term education reform and development outline(2010-2020)" proposes that the proportion of expenditure on education expenditure in the country will reach 4%of GDP in 2012.The participation rate of continuing education increase significantly,and the participation rate of the employees continued to participate in the education reach 50%."The ministry of education’s opinions on strengthening the training of teachers in primary and secondary schools"made it clearly that in the next five years,more than 10 million teachers in China will be trained by the whole staff of no less than 360 periods.It can be seen that the professional development,priority development and lifelong learning of teachers have become the basis of education.However,as the change of The Times,constant innovation in the field of education,the transformation of education administration district government,the boost of self-independence of running school,and the formation of competitive teacher training market the county-level schools that playing a pivotal role in the process of teacher professional development is facing a trouble that"has been blurred,business differentiation,function weakened,marginalized status",and questions of "useless theory","extensive","negative capability" and "breaks away from practice" are always filled with teacher training.so,how can the County-level teacher training schools develop the post-service education and lifelong education?Training ability is the key to development of the school.The training ability of the teacher training school refers to the ability to effectively use resources to complete the teachers’ training tasks in order to cope with the external environment changes and finally achieve the organizational goals.According to the viewpoint of classification of ability about the study of organizational capabilityability,teacher training institutions ability classification studies of capability maturity model(referred to as IT2CMM)and trainer’ features role theory,the teacher training schools’ training ability can be divided into four dimensions,namely,training professional ability,project management ability,research and development capabilities and organizational change ability.In the context of professional teacher training,this paper discusses on the county-level teacher training schools improve competitiveness and achieve the sustainable development ability,in the current status of training ability and the understanding of the influence factors,in order to provide improved strategies for its implementation specialization development.Focusing on this goal,we mainly discuss three questions:1)what is the current status of the current training capacity of the county-level teachers’ training schools under the background of training?2)what are the factors that affect the professional development of training ability of county teachers?3)how should the county-level teachers further develop their strategies and development paths scientifically?Therefore,it is mainly discussed from four parts:part I:introduction.It mainly includes issues,research significance,literature review,concept definition,theoretical basis and so on.The second part:research design and implementation.It mainly includes research questions,research objects,research ideas and data processing.The third part:data statistics and analysis,mainly including the difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the training ability and influencing factors of the teachers’ training school in J city,zhejiang province.The fourth part:research conclusion and suggestion.The study found that there was a significant difference between teachers’ training ability in different influencing factors.There was a significant moderate positive correlation between the factors influencing factors and the training ability of the school.Through the regression model of influencing factors and teachers’ training ability,it is found that the factors can significantly predict the training ability of the school.According to the research conclusion,this study suggests that teachers’ school can break through walls,regional linkage and expand social support.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and enhance the training ability of part-time teachers;Carry out reasonable allocation of funds to realize the healthy development of teachers’ school;Establish and improve the system of teacher training management. |
