Informatization level of teaching ability development of teachers play a critical role in the cultivation of high-quality skills and applied talents in higher vocational colleges.Under the background of informationalized teaching,how to improve the informationization teaching ability level effectively should be a hot issues and focus on by teachers itself,higher vocational colleges and the whole society.So,Combined with the reality,the study chose five higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi province with the method of sampling to select higher vocational teachers and students as the research object.The teachers object include professional class teacher,education technology professionals and administrative personnel.Besides,The students object is mainly include the sophomore and the junior students.On the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research results,this study firstly define the noun “higher vocational teachers' information technology teaching ability” as a kind of compound ability of teacher which is based on the idea of teaching informationization in modern society.The ability highly integrated by the information technology and education technology and used to optimize the teaching process and improve teaching efficiency.Besides,the compound ability include basic ability,instructional design ability,implementation ability,evaluation ability,and monitoring ability.Secondly,the study put forward the hypothesis of influencing factors,and through analyze the data collected by the questionnaire survey and case interview to verify the research hypothesis.Thirdly,according to the present situation and the interview result,the study analysis deeply of the factors,which affecting the development of higher vocational teachers' information technology teaching ability.Finally,according to the research results above,I rethink and prospect the research,I also hope it can promote the deep development of higher vocational teachers' information technology teaching ability and reference for the information-based teaching practice and accelerate the process of modernization and informatization of higher vocational teachers' teaching.
