Nowadays, the general work well-being level of workplace workers is being worried by every people. In a specific working environment, employees' work well-being is inevitably influenced by their working environment and individual characteristics. Therefore,it is an important research topic to study the influence of the working environment and personal characteristics on the employee's work well-being from two aspects. The military research institute is a knowledge intensive organization dominated by mental labor. As the main force of R & D,research workers play a more and more important role to create product and innovate technology. How to improve their sense of well-being has been attracting more and more attention from organizations and researchers. The relationship between job requirements, personal resources and employees' work well-being has been confirmed. But all of them are based on the subjective sense of work well-being?the intervention of personal resources that reflects employees' relatively stable personality traits may play a moderating role in the relationship between job demands and employees' work well-being.And so,this paper introduces personal resources as moderator variables, constructs the relationship model with job demands, personal resources and employees' work well being,to study the influence of job requirements under the regulation of personal resources on employees' job well-being in psychological perspective..First of all, through the study of literature, this paper summarizes the previous research on work requirements, personal resources, and work well-being.Secondly,By visiting the Xi'an Research Institute of Military research unit,It also puts forward 15 hypotheses, and constructs the corresponding relationship model. Then, based on field research and literature, the dimensions of job requirements, personal resources, and employees' work well-being are determined, and a measurement scale is designed. And then 396 valid sample data were obtained by questionnaire survey to the research staff of Xi'an military research unit. Finally, using data analysis software SPSS22.0 carries on the empirical analysis of the sample data. The results show that: employees' well-being will be affected by the work requirements, personal resources, work family conflict, job load which would negatively affect employee occupation well-being,But it has no influence on the social well-being of the employees. The requirement of secrecy has a negative influence on the social well-being of the employees, and has no influence on the employees' professional well-being.Personal resources have a positive moderating effect on the relationship between job demands and psychological well-being of employees, and the influence of job requirements on employees' work well-being is regulated by self efficacy and organizational self-esteem.The research conclusions can provide reference for the intervention research on the work well-being of employees in the related fields, and it provides a reference for managers to make improvement measures for employees' work well-being.
