Study On The Quatification-appraisement System Of Post Doctor's Scientific Research Work In Military Medical Universities

To appraise comprehensively whether post doctors can complete their scientific research work, there is no specific guideline and integrative estimate system in our country. Before applying for enrolling in the postdoctoral scientific research mobile station, doctor graduates have to pass a series of estimates and exams. However, when their research is at end, they haven't. In other word, if they can enroll the station, they will complete their research undoubtedly two years later. In order to guarantee the quality of post doctors, quatification-appraisement of scientific research work must be established. In this article, other countries' system and correlative documents are used for reference to establish comprehensive appraisement system of post doctors in medical universities.This appraisement system, has the common functions of high educational systems, identification, analyzing, stimulation, supervision, decision-making and feedback. At the same time, it has its own features, including perfecting postdoctoral system and improving the training and employing level of the station, developing prestigidus subjects, finding out the gap among stations, providing vocational counsel, research direction and direction and opportunities of international academic communication, and so on.Part one: basic conceptions, domestic and foreign situation and research status quo of comprehensive quatification-appraisement for post doctor scientific research work. In this part basic conceptions related to this research are defined. By analyzing the establishment and development of domestic and foreign postdoctoral system, comparative studying appraisement systems for post doctors in medical colleges in our country, it pats forward existing problems and necessity and engence of establishing the appraisement system.Part two: establishing comprehensive quatification-appraisement for post doctor scientific research work in high medical universities. Basic qualities of post doctors are explored. In accordance with train objective, grade one index of quatification-appraisement system of post doctors' scientific research work is established. Then, the grade one is resolved to establish grade two and three index system. Methods of expert inquiry and step analysis are applied to select index systems and define weight. In order to establish model, mathematics model of post doctors' scientific research work in military universities.The mathematics model was employed in the quatification-appraisement of 6 postdoctor to get the comprehensine grades, which were ranked with the grade one index. The results were examed by statistical analying.
