The Present Situation Of The Development Of The Idea Of Altruism In Junior High School Students And The Countermeasures

Altruism is a cognitive judgement that individuals can voluntarily choose to help others according to the needs of the objective environment and recipients,including four aspects of altruistic content understanding,altruistic value,altruistic desire and altruistic motivation.This article focuses on the investigation of the status quo of the idea of altruism in junior high school students,analyzes the characteristics of his altruistic concept,and explores the difficulties and causes that impede the development of his altruistic concept,so as to provide some pertinent countermeasures for the development of the idea of altruism in junior high school students.This study randomly selected from Dalian city junior high school students from grade 1 to grade 3 as the research object,by issuing "altruism concept development of junior high school students questionnaires of 500 copies,463 valid questionnaires,to understand the specific situation of junior middle school students in the understanding of the content,altruistic altruistic value,altruistic intention and altruistic motivation through these four aspects the questionnaire,and a detailed analysis of the grade,gender,class cadre or not,whether the one-child,whether the Youth League,academic level,family location,often be people around to help,monthly disposable allowances and father's education and mother's education and other factors on altruistic value judgment and altruistic intention of junior high school students.In this paper,through the analysis of the status quo and the influence factors of altruism in junior high school students and the interview with the interviewing content of junior high school students' altruism,this paper sums up the characteristics of the development of seven junior high school students' altruism and the problems of their prominence: first,the junior high school students look at the value of the interest in the development of the group;second,junior high school students have reciprocal reciprocity as the main altruistic motivation;third,family structure and family education deeply affect the altruistic concept of junior high school students;fourth,the political outlook and academic achievement significantly affect the altruistic concept of junior high school students;fifth,some junior high school students tend to maintain the unjustified request to maintain friendship;sixth,the relationship and personal preference become the subject of the choice of the altruistic object of the junior high school students;seventh,junior high school students have obvious utilitarian purposes in the altruistic ideas of junior high school students.The altruistic concept of junior high school students.In addition,under the social background,this study explored the reasons for the poor idea of altruism in junior high school students: first,alienation and digestion of altruistic education is exacerbated by social competition;two,passive family education and simplified family structure weaken the altruistic willingness of junior high school students;three,the excessive consumption of electronic media,weakened the sympathy and altruism of junior high school students;four,the exemplary and motivating role of the altruistic example is gradually declining in questioning and demanding;five,the life experience of the city's indifference dilutes the altruistic desire of the junior high school students to strangers.On the basis of these reasons and combining the development characteristics of junior high school students' ideas of altruism,nine corresponding altruistic ideas are put forward for school education: first,to create a safe and pleasant altruistic education atmosphere for junior high school students;second,to cultivate the altruistic concept of junior high school students in school and outside activities;third,to strengthen the education of morality education,and to guide the junior high school students to help others under the premise of obeying the law;fourth,establish a "altruistic learning community" between teachers and students to cultivate the altruistic character of junior high school students;fifth,the school needs joint family strength to cultivate the altruistic ideas of junior high school students;sixth,correct the negative effects of electronic media on the altruistic concept of junior high school students;seventh,select a typical and true companion for junior high school students;eighth,we should pay attention to training junior high school students' altruistic willingness to strangers;ninth,strengthen the cultivation of junior high school students' pure altruistic concept.
