A Study On The Improvement Strategy Of Interpersonal Relations In College Hostel

Interpersonal relationship is an important relationship that people must face in social life.College students,as a relatively special group in society,have certain particularity in interpersonal relationship compared with other groups.With the deepening of the reform of the higher education system,the class has been gradually replaced as the smallest group unit,and the dormitory has become the most important place for college students to stay for the longest time and have many functions of rest,entertainment,social and learning.Therefore,the interhuman relations among the companions of the dormitory naturally become the most important and extensive interpersonal relationship of college students.In June 2016,the Ministry of education,Nankai University and Guangming Daily jointly held a symposium on the construction of dormitory civilization.It can be seen that colleges and universities have paid more and more attention to the problems of the management and education of college dormitories,and the scholars' research on the relationship of college dormitories is gradually developing.Based on the understanding of the above problems,this study is based on the current situation of the diversified characteristics of the members of college dormitories,taking a normal university in Liaoning Province as a case study.From the perspective of organizational behavior,the present situation of the interpersonal relationship of college dormitories in this normal university is investigated by questionnaire and case interview.The main factors of interpersonal relationship quality in students' dormitories,through investigation and research,this paper finds that the overall status of interpersonal relationship in the dormitories of local colleges and universities is still good,but there should be some disharmonious factors.Therefore,this paper explores the factors that influence the interpersonal relationship of college students in dormitories.Through the study,we find that three factors have an impact on the interpersonal relationship of college dormitories in local colleges and universities.These three factors include the individual subjective factors of college students,the environmental factors of dormitory organization and the environmental factors of the school interpersonal relationship education.On this basis,the paper proposes to improve the interpersonal relationship of College Students' dormitories according to the way to solve the conflict of interpersonal relationships.The specific ideas of management principles and management strategies in order to improve the quality of interpersonal relationships in dormitories of local colleges and universities.
