A Study On The Interpersonal Relationship Of Male University Students' Dormitory From The Perspective Of Social Interaction

University dormitory is a place where college students interact with each other,rest and study,it is closely related to the life of College Students,so the dormitory interpersonal relationship directly reflects the basic situation of their interpersonal communication.In recent years,frequent occurrence of malignant events,like Sichuan Normal University murder case and the cases of Fudan University poisoning,is due to the poor interpersonal relationships of the male college students dormitory.Therefore,the male dormitory interpersonal relationship can not be ignored.As the object of study,both for male college students and build a harmonious campus is of great significance.Through combing and summarizing the relevant literature and research achievements of the research on the interpersonal relationship of college students dormitory in a domestic setting and abroad,this paper makes an investigation and study on the problems in the interpersonal interaction of male university students dormitory in XXXX University from the perspective of sociology.Based on the concept of "interpersonal relationship of male college dormitory" and the theory of social interaction,interpersonal conflict and interpersonal communication,made a qualitative and quantitative analysis from the factors of the samples' intimacy,conflict,the way of dealing with contradictory and the interpersonal interaction of male college students dormitory through a questionnaire survey was conducted among 215 students from XXXX University.The survey found that XXXX University male college dormitory interpersonal relationship is more harmonious,but there are still some conflict,the main way to solve the contradictory is keep silent,and there was no significant difference between whether the only child and the grade;but in the region,the economic situation has significant differences,in the school experience and personality characteristics of the relevance and differences are extremely significant.The problems of interpersonal interaction in male college dormitories are mainly caused by thetrivialities of life,small groups,emotional emotions,cognitive bias,competition and so on.The main factors that affect the interpersonal relationship of male college dormitory are interpersonal quality,living habits,family economic status,personality quality,cultural differences and values,one of the most influential is living habits.Through the above analysis,in order to construct a harmonious interpersonal relationship of male college students dormitory,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the individual,family,school and social level: the male college students should strengthen inner moral cultivation,develop personal quality,improve the cognitive model and the quality of interpersonal communication,so as to promote the interpersonal relationship,The family should improve the bad parenting style,put an end to the wrong demonstration effect,create a harmonious family atmosphere,and correctly guide the college students to solve the dormitory interpersonal relationship;as schools,they should strengthen gender education,improve the pertinence of the interpersonal communication curriculum,strengthen the construction of dormitory culture,overcome the bad behavior habit,and improve the management system of dormitory.Society should cultivate male college students to practice the socialist core values,cultivate a healthy national mentality of male college students,establish the correct values on life,optimize the network media to promote the harmonious development of male college students dormitory interpersonal interaction.
