| In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the strategy of rural revitalization was put forward,which mentioned that promoting the modernization of rural education,implementing the talent revitalization project.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC mentioned that we should speed up the construction of a high-quality education system,develop quality education and promote educational equity.To revitalize rural education and realize the high-quality development of rural education,we should attachgreatimportancetothedevelopmentofruralcompulsoryeducation.Rural education can not be separated from teachers,and rural primary school class teachers play an extremely important role in education and teaching activities.The work of the class teacher is very complicated,with more difficulties and challenges.Most of them undertake multiple tasks such as teaching,class management,home and school communication,etc.Due to the particularity of rural schools and the surrounding environment and other factors,the class teachers have to bear relatively more work pressure,which means that they have to pay more labor and undertake more tasks.At this stage,in the selection and employment of class teachers in rural primary schools,there is a widespread situation that school teachers are unwilling to work as class teachers,which shows that the incentive measures for class teachers are not enough,leading to lack of enthusiasm.With the revitalization of rural education,experts and scholars pay close attention to how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of rural primary school class teachers and how to effectively stimulate the group of class teachers.The research on the motivation of the class teachers in rural primary schools is helpful to provide empirical experience for the revitalization of rural education,and has certain practical value.This paper conducts field research on three large-scale rural primary schools in Zhalute Banner,Tongliao,and conducts questionnaire surveys and individual interviews with the current class teachers,summarizes and analyzes the differences in the attention and satisfaction of the rural primary school class teachers on the need factors,and finds the main problems in the incentive process of the rural primary school class teachers.For example,the relevant system of the class teachers is not perfect,the allocation of the class teachers’ allowance is unreasonable,the professional title evaluation and promotion are no different from those of ordinary teachers,the rights and interests are not guaranteed,and the personalized requirements for training are not met.And the emotional incentive is not obvious,the degree of participation in school management is low,the management is lack of humanization,the work leader’s recognition of the class teacher is low,and the class teacher’s labor achievements are ignored.And the working environment lacks improvement,the working environment is under great pressure,and the construction of the working environment lags behind.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs,dual factor theory and equity theory,this paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of motivation of the class teacher in rural primary schools from the three dimensions of system,emotion and environment,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects of system construction,emotional motivation and creating a good working and living environment in view of the current situation of the motivation of the class teacher in rural primary schools. |
