The senior high school stage is the most important period for the students' physical development and psychological development.The senior high school education has special significance for improving the basic quality of the Chinese people and cultivating innovative talents.The definition of health by the World Health Organization as health does not only mean that a person's body is free from disease or weakness,but refers to a person's physical,mental,and social integrity.Health has four dimensions,physical health,and mental health.Moral health and social adaptation are good.As one of the four dimensions of health,social adaptability deserves the attention of people.However,due to the influence of family planning,most high school students are now only children.They are born and raised and cause their social adaptability to become worse and worse.Being unable to guide and help them will inevitably affect their healthy growth.In recent years,as an emerging curriculum,outreach training has received extensive attention in all walks of life.Trainees have learned and mastered their skills through personal experience to achieve “ doing high school and playing secondary school to enhance their ability.At present,there are few experimental studies on the impact of Outward Bound on the social adaptability of middle school students in China.This study focuses on the impact of Outward Bound on the social adaptability of senior high school students,and uses literature,measurement,experimentation,and mathematical statistics for secondary students.The research on the effect of social adaptation ability aims to provide certain experimental and theoretical basis for the improvement of high school students' social adaptability.In this experiment,a random sample of 120 students from Xinshao Wuzhong Senior High School was collected,including 64 in the experimental group and 56 in the control group.The experimental group's teaching content mainly including high-profile speeches,trust-backs,thunderstorms,pass books,blind squares,battlefields,crossing the spiderweb,double decoding,and target markets and We are a family.The teaching content of the control group is based on the sports and health curriculum standards to teach the contents of the level five sports teaching materials.Before and after the experiment,the social adaptability of the experimental group and the control group was tested.The results showed that the students in the experimental group had extremely significant social adaptability compared with the control group and before the experiment after the 10-week Outward Bound.Differences(P<0.01),and it also hadextremely significant differences in the five indicators of social adaptability,including peer relationship skills,learning skills,self-management skills,compliance skills and expression of willingness skills(P<0.01).Research shows that Outward Bound has a positive effect on the improvement of senior high school students' social adaptability.
