In the geography teaching of high school,catechism has always been popular because of its ability to mobilize the interaction between teachers and students,but traditional teaching has seemingly completed the interaction of teachers and students.In fact,on the design of the problems existed in the lack and defects of different level.It makes the questions and answers more to become a mere formality,not dig deeper into the students' inquiry ability,we can easily find that the "Cramming" is difficult to adapt to the needs of students.This article is based on the above consideration,combining with "cognitive development theory","emotion teaching theory","constructivism learning theory","theory of the zone of proximal development" and "learning theory of multiple intelligences",through literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,educational experiment method,trying to solve the classroom problem how to mobilize students study enthusiasm,cultivating their comprehensive ability to problems such as the design strategy research.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part mainly introduces the research background,the significance of research and the research status at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and methods.The second part elaborates the relevant concepts and theories,clarifies the core concepts and theories,and avoids the paradox.The third part uses the method of quantitative research to study the questionnaire data analysis and interpretation,in the process of clear the present geography teaching in the teachers and students' perceptions of classroom questions and design practice,finding the main problem of questions design.The fourth part based on the analysis result of the third part,from the teacher,the textbook,the student three levels to propose the strategy to the question design.The fifth part through teaching practice and its results of policy implementation before and after the change of students' intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors,quantitative analysis to test the effectiveness of the design strategy of the fourth part issues.The sixth part summarizes and reflects on the full text,summarizes the main points and shortcomings of the full text,and puts forward the improvement direction under the conditions.
