In the report of the eighteenth Central Committee of the eighteenth Central Committee to the nineteen party,the general secretary of the Communist Party of China,in the part of"improving the level of ensuring and improving the livelihood of the people,strengthening and innovating social governance",first talks about"giving priority to the development of Education."To promote the integrated development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,attach great importance to compulsory education in rural areas,run pre-school education,special education and network education,popularize high school education,and make every child enjoy a fair and quality education[1].""Today's students are the main force to realize the Chinese nation's dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the future,and the vast number of teachers are the builder of the dream team of the Chinese nation,[2]."However,as far as the teachers of rural and urban primary schools are concerned,there are still a certain gap between the two,so it is necessary to attach great importance to the development of rural teachers.As the main component of the students'moral education and physical education,the physical education teachers pass on the spirit of collectivism and the good will to the students through physical education and training.At the same time,discipline education,setback education and aesthetic taste are also carried out to improve the students'quality and ability.However,with the rapid development of our country's politics,culture and economy,the society has put forward higher demands on the teaching work of sports teachers.Facing more and more pressure of life and work,their mental state is gradually concerned by many researchers,because only the physical quality of physical education teachers can be guaranteed to carry out daily teaching and ideological and moral education.The lead of the aspect.The main purpose of this study is to study the status of professional identity,work values and job burnout of primary school physical education teachers in rural primary schools,the differences among the different characteristics and the relationship between the three,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the future study of physical education.In this paper,210 primary school physical education teachers in Liaocheng rural primary schools were investigated by questionnaire,and the following conclusions were obtained through analysis of variance,correlation analysis and path analysis.1.The overall professional identity and work values of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Liaocheng are at a moderate level,and the physical burnout level of some physical education teachers is relatively high.2.The professional identity,work values and job burnout of rural primary school PE teachers in Liaocheng have different degrees of difference in sex,age,teaching age,marital status,education level,salary and title.3.Liaocheng rural primary school physical education teachers'professional identity,job values and job burnout are related.There is a significant positive correlation between professional identity and job values.There is a significant negative correlation between professional identity and job burnout,and there is a significant negative correlation between job values and job burnout.4.The professional identity and work values of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Liaocheng have a significant negative predictive effect on job burnout.5.The work values of physical education teachers in rural primary schools in Liaocheng play an intermediary role between professional identity and job burnout.
