With the continuous development of China’s science,technology and culture,the quality of the people has been continuously improved,and the requirements for the quality of education have been greatly improved.The construction of a complete team of teachers is inseparable from the quality and ability of teachers themselves.In addition,with the increase of national support for sports,the construction of physical education teachers has also been paid much attention.Through the review of existing research It is found that physical education teachers in rural primary and secondary schools have more or less negative emotions,and the phenomenon of job burnout is widespread.Based on the existing theoretical literature on Teachers’ job burnout,turnover intention and turnover intention,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 330 rural physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province,interviewed some teachers,and analyzed and combed the collected data,Through the analysis of the differences between job burnout and mobility intention of rural physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province under different background conditions,and the correlation analysis and regression analysis of teachers’ Job Burnout and mobility intention,the following conclusions are finally obtained:(1)Through the analysis of the job burnout of rural physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province,the causes include:from the perspective of gender and age,female teachers are under the pressure from their families,it is difficult to concentrate on teaching,and most young teachers are impetuous and have a large psychological gap;From the perspective of marriage and children,rural physical education teachers need the support and understanding of their families and relatives to a great extent,which can give teachers psychological and physiological support and motivation to a great extent;From the perspective of specialty and educational background,the delay of rural teaching information greatly limits teachers’ ability to keep pace with the times and delay the implementation of policies;From the perspective of teaching age and professional title,the professional title evaluation system of rural teachers is not perfect,the educational resources are scarce,and the task pressure of teachers is great;From the perspective of holding multiple positions and the amount of weekly class hours,the heavy teaching tasks and school affairs have greatly reduced teachers’ personal space and time.(2)The current situation of job burnout and mobility intention of rural physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province is not very optimistic.There is job burnout among rural PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province,but there are different levels of burnout in various dimensions.The most serious one is emotional burnout,followed by low sense of achievement,and finally dehumanization.Rural PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province have the greatest intention to change schools among the mobile intention;Second,transfer intention;The intention to leave the post is final.(3)The dimensions of emotional burnout of rural PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province have significant differences in gender,age,marriage,children,major,educational background,teaching age,professional title,holding multiple positions and the amount of weekly class hours;There are significant differences in the dimensions of low sense of achievement in age,major,educational background,teaching age,professional title,holding multiple positions and the amount of weekly class hours;The depersonalization dimension has significant differences in age,marriage,children,major,educational background,teaching age,professional title,holding multiple positions and weekly class hours.It can be seen that the current problems of job burnout of rural physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province are not optimistic.(4)Through the analysis of the mobility intention of rural PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province,it is found that young PE teachers have strong mobility intention.There are significant differences in the dimensions of school change intention,transfer intention and departure intention in age,marriage,children,major,education,teaching age,professional Title,holding multiple positions and weekly class hours.It can be seen that the mobility intention of rural PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province is very strong.(5)The dimensions of job burnout and mobility intention of rural PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi Province show a positive correlation,which is very significant.From the perspective of school change intention,there is no significant correlation with the dimension of low sense of achievement.From the perspective of transfer intention,it has the highest correlation with the dimension of dehumanization,followed by the dimension of emotional burnout.From the perspective of job leaving intention,the correlation between job leaving intention and depersonalization dimension is the highest,followed by emotional burnout dimension.The higher the degree of teachers’ job burnout,the stronger their mobility intention;Through the analysis of the correlation coefficient,it can be seen that the correlation between teachers’ mobility intention and depersonalization dimension is the highest;Teachers’ job burnout has the highest correlation with the dimensions of leaving intention and changing school intention.
