Between 2010 and 2020 national medium and long-term education reform and development outline clearly put forward to support the students strengthen the practice teaching link,and graduate students to participate in the school setting assistant position is a graduate student to improve their professional knowledge,practice teaching ability,communication skills,interpersonal communication ability of important ways.Graduate students to participate in the teaching assistant work also can lighten the burden of teachers' teaching,the teachers have more time to teaching design,improve the effect of classroom teaching,be the missing link between teachers and students communicate,to better promote the undergraduate study.During the graduate study period,it can relieve the economic pressure of graduate students and realize the full utilization of human resources.Graduate students to participate in the teaching assistant work,therefore,in such aspects as teachers,undergraduate,postgraduate,school embodies the "win-win",countries also provide policy support for the graduate teaching assistant work.Nowadays,the graduate teaching assistant system has been implemented in many universities in our country,but many problems have been exposed in the course of implementation.Such as graduate work not enough understanding of ta,ta participation enthusiasm is not high,ta responsibilities are not clear,the management system is not standard,graduate assistants to "service","culture",the lack of pre-service training,low pay and other issues.This paper,taking Wuhan city has implemented the graduate teaching assistant system of four universities of 815 graduate students as the research sample sampling investigation,through the SPSS20.0 data regression analysis,the analysis results show that the ta training,the relationship between teachers and students,job challenges and professional relevance,job opportunities,management system is the key factors influencing the graduate assistant to participate in,the teaching fellows involved in varying degrees of impact.By using the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method(fs/QCA),a small sample analysis of 38 cases of Huazhong agricultural university was carried out,and the key factors influencing the participation of the teaching assistants were obtained.According to the present situation of the teaching assistant system in Chinese universities and the analysis of the factors influencing the participation of the teaching assistants,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the teaching assistant system in China.
