In our country's long history of education,education discipline has always been an important way of education.But with the progress of society and the democratization of education development,more and more people hold a negative attitude towards the way of education,primary school education nowadays,education punishment has become a sensitive topic,school educators were frightened by the outside pressure,dare not to punish students,education punishment in a difficult position,and the lack of this method of education has also led to the emergence of a series of new problems.This study focuses on the following questions:what is the essence of education punishment?Is it necessary to exist?What is the difference between educational discipline and social punishment and corporal punishment?What are the problems in the current education discipline?And the author's thinking about how to construct the education disciplinary system.This study is divided into two main lines,one is the theoretical basis of education punishment,and the two is the practice of educational punishment.In the theoretical interpretation part,the concept of educational punishment is analyzed,and the connotation and essence of educational punishment are discussed.Based on the literature method,the disciplinary punishment in different disciplines is reviewed in detail,and the necessity of educational punishment is demonstrated.These provide a theoretical basis for the practice and system construction of educational punishment.In the practice of the investigation,based on the review of academic literature,in-depth research on the J primary school,primary school as a case,the investigation and analysis of the current status of primary school education punishment through on-the-spot investigation,interview and questionnaire survey,focus on primary school teachers' education disciplinary action,so as to grasp the case of education punishment the characteristics,analysis of the existing problems,and puts forward constructive strategies based on the theoretical framework,this research provides the view for the academic circles,for primary school teachers in the education practice the scientific and reasonable use of educational punishment in the means of education,walk out of predicament to provide inspiration.
