Research On Reengineering Of Archives Business Process Under Digital Campus

At present,the informatization of colleges and universities has entered the construction stage of digital campuses and even smart campuses,resulting in a large number of original ecological electronic documents.The original management methods of paper-made archives and traditional archival management systems have not met the need for ecological electronic records management.Then,must rely on the theory of electronic document life cycle to re-engineering business processes so as to realize effective management of original ecological electronic records.From the perspective of process,the thesis analyzes the business process of archives work in traditional colleges and universities,and specifically analyzes archiving,identification,and cataloging processes,through investigating the status of archives management in colleges and universities.Combining the background of digital campus construction,it analyzes that the traditional university archives work-flow is not suitable for the management of original ecological electronic documents.It concludes that the electronic document management process of colleges and universities breaks the original linear management framework and presents parallelization and integration.Features such as non-linearization lead to the necessity of process reengineering.According to literature research,the applicability of the business process reorganization theory to the reorganization of university archive work-flow,the availability of technology reorganization of university software and hardware facilities and electronic document management,and the support of process reorganization supported by existing related standards and regulations are described in three aspects.The feasibility of process reorganization.Through the analysis of the feasible guiding factors for the process reorganization,the preconditions for the reorganization process should be defined.That is,reasonable use of information technology,accurate establishment of process internal logic,and ensuring and confirming the nature of electronic documents.On this basis,the process of document processing in traditional colleges and universities was reorganized,and the process of electronic document filing,identification,and recording in colleges and universities was specifically constructed and analyzed.Finally,on the implementation of the reorganization process,suggestions are given on the following three aspects: the development of an implementation plan,the optimization of the organizational structure of the museum,and the incentives of the archives librarians of colleges and universities.
