The Dole 4R Theory in many disciplines at home and abroad have carried out research and application, either from its subject theory to be from practice. A large number of experimental studies have shown that in the disciplines rational use of the Dole 4R Theory can be effectively active classroom atmosphere to improve performance; if it is used as a means of intervention, the Dole 4R Theory in teaching can stimulate students’ motivation to learn. From the existing research on the basis of literature data, questionnaire, measuring scale, experiments or the like the Dole 4R Theory into the rope skipping classroom teaching, and strive to increase the number of students within the body and mind during limited teaching health.Through 12 weeks of teaching, the practice of teaching and research in primary the Dole 4R Theory with the traditional pattern of skipping rope skipping is a comparative study, here are the following conclusions:(1) The Dole 4R Theory and practice in primary schools in the rope skipping rope skipping with respect to the traditional teaching more conducive to improving the level of students’ physical health, but there is no significant difference in the physical fitness of the Sit and Reach indicators.(2) The Dole 4R Theory and practice in primary schools in the rope skipping rope skipping with respect to the traditional teaching students to be more conducive to the resumption of the effort to stimulate students’ vitality.(3) The Dole 4R Theory and practice in primary schools in the rope skipping rope skipping with respect to the traditional teaching there is no significant difference in terms of physical and mental calm.(4)The Dole 4R Theory and practice in primary schools in the rope skipping rope skipping with respect to the traditional teaching students more help reduce the boredom of the classroom teaching content, sense of fatigue, to some extent reduce physiological fatigue of students.(5) The Dole 4R Theory and practice in primary schools in the rope skipping rope skipping with respect to the traditional teaching is more conducive to stimulate students’ interest and improve the positive sense of involvement during exercise.(6) To practice the Dole 4R Theory in elementary rope skipping can play a reference for carrying out other physical education teaching.
