| Training people is an arduous and complex task.Family and school play different educational functions,requiring reasonable division of labor and coordinated completion.But at present,complementation of educational function of family and school has obvious difficulties,and even has dissimilation of functional dislocation,causing the people one-sided and unidirectional whose performance is the lack of harmonious personality and the low innovation ability.Harmonious personality is the foundation of harmonious development.Innovative talent is an important manifestation of harmony,and harmony theory is an important content of Marx’s theory of Humanism.So this study attempts to analyze modern family and school education function complementary from Marx’s perspective,and build a good education field of complementary of family educational function and school educational function.Based on this research idea,this paper discusses from four aspects as a whole:First of all,from the perspective of principle,we expound the theory of Marx’s spiritual core,the value of the times and the enlightenment theory of Marx’s humanist education,then analyze the complementary mechanism of family and school’s educational functions.From the view of competency development,family education pays attention to the cultivation of basic life skills and schools pay attention to the training of professional skills.From social relationship perspective,the cultural heritage of family to human ethics and school’s cultivation of people’s sense of social responsibility and mission.From the perspective of personality development,family’s function on people’s emotional depth and behavior demonstration are complementary to the school’s function on correct recognition of the people and the professionalism of the non judgment.Secondly,describing the plight of family and school education in the aspects of ability and quality,social relationship and personality development from the perspective of Marx’s humanism.Family becomes into second school.Children are lack of integrity of life,shackles of the spirit of life and suppress of the uniqueness of life.Family transfers the field of educating people to school.Students have more serious moral problems.Family and school both shirk responsibility and moral education of school is in a dilemma.Thirdly,from three aspects of family,school and home school relations to analyze the plight of family and school functions complementation.It analyzes family reasons from the theory of human demand and development,analyzes school reasons from the nature of human nature and human social relations,and analyses the relationship between home and school from human subjectivity.Finally,from the practical level to put forward a good education field to build the complementary functions of the family and the school.Family is the main form and school is subsidiary are to reach the consensus of personality development.School is the main form and family is the subsidiary are to develop education resources to develop social relations.Students as the main body that family and school must establish cooperation mode of care education.Through the complementary functions of family and school education,we can achieve the ultimate goal of human’s free and comprehensive development.People should be free to give full play to creativity and to enjoy social life happily and harmoniously through creative labor. |
