The problem of poor students has always been concerned by the state and the party,and the student aid work is a hot topic of general concern.The research on the educational function of high school grants is not only related to the main tasks of the country's poverty alleviation at present,but also has a potential incentive effect on the ideological and moral sentiment and value orientation of the poor students,which is of great significance for the students from poor families to grow up smoothly.Only by strengthening the function of financial aid and education for poor students,and constructing a long-term mechanism of financial aid and education for them,which includes material assistance,moral infiltration,ability expansion and effective integration of spiritual incentives,can we solve the transformation of poor students from material poverty to spiritual poverty,and realize the goal of "helping students,building dreams and casting people".Based on the specific situation of senior high school grants in poverty-stricken areas,this paper mainly analyzes the functions of grants,studies the problems existing in the functions of grants and the solutions,which are divided into five parts: The first part,including the research background and significance,the research status,the innovation of this paper,emphasizes that the funding education is an important task of today's era;the second part,under the premise of elaborating the function connotation offinancial aid and national financial aid education,analyzes that financial aid education has the functions of gratitude spirit education,self-reliance education,integrity awareness education,moral cultivation and motivation;the third part,Through the investigation of county-level poverty-stricken high school,through the comparison of students' life,psychology,behavior and ideological changes before and after receiving the financial aid,the paper analyzes the current situation of the function of financial aid education;the fourth part,through the data obtained from the investigation,analyzes the problems and reasons of the function of financial aid education from the four aspects of social factors,school factors,family factors and personal factors In the fifth part,the author puts forward the methods and effective ways to strengthen the function of subsidizing and educating people from the aspects of the subsidizing system,the educational content matching with the metallography,the files of subsidizing and trusting,the students' psychology,the surrounding environment and the supervision of the effect of subsidizing and educating people.
