Physical fitness is the carrier of good character and wisdom for college students,and also the basis for improving their working efficiency and competitiveness in the new era of economic globalization.In the one-sided pursuit of academic achievement under the pressure of the physical health condition of college students is not optimistic,sports as an important means to promote human health and recovery,has played an important role in the cultivation of qualified sound school.The modernization of higher education is the most important task of the reform of higher education.College physical education as an important part of school education,is an important way to reform the practice of higher education,it is through physical education activities,physical education and health education,physical and mental development of students,extracurricular physical exercise exerts certain influence on promoting students' physical function level rising,play an important role and psychological health to grow.With the continuous development of social market economy system and the deepening of reform in China,social knowledge economy and information technology have been developed unprecedentedly.In this environment,the society has a new definition of talents,and the demand for new talents is increasing day by day.This provides more opportunities for the development of College students.However,the existing problems of College Students' physical fitness are more prominent.Therefore,a comprehensive and systematic understanding of College Students' physical exercise attitude and participation,the correct evaluation of school sports teaching quality,the scientific construction of school sports teaching and learning environment in Colleges and universities become the implementation of quality education and promote students' all-round development of the urgent task.In view of this,this study uses a variety of research methods to investigate and study the status quo of sports learning input of college students in Liaoning province.In this way,we explore the problems of College Students' physical education,learning and investment,and put forward some pertinent suggestions.The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for improving the teaching quality of College Students' Physical Education in Colleges and universities in Liaoning.The results show that:1.The overall physical education input level of college students in Liaoning province is not optimistic.Mainly reflected in the students' academic challenges,the level of interaction between teachers and students,and the richness of education experience.2.In the aspect of academic challenge,the overall performance of college students is poor,and the senior students are lower than those of the lower grades.3.Student teacher interaction level,college students and teachers' good communication and communication,but most are not established in learning to ask the sports knowledge and skills to enhance teachers in sports learning less interactive aspects of the investment.4.The education experience of college students in Liaoning province is nice,and the majority of students pay less attention to the knowledge of physical education,and ignore the comprehensive grasp of other disciplines.5.In the learning level of active cooperation,students' performance is relatively poor,in the process of learning and mastering the skills of sports theory in the enthusiasm is not high,especially in active sports and peer cooperation and completion of tasks.6.In support of the overall education level is higher,students hold a positive attitude in sports atmosphere and environment.7.The difference of learning engagement between different grades mainly lies in "academic challenge",followed by "education experience richness",and the other three dimensions have little difference for students of different grades.
