With the In-depth development of Reform and Opening and the rapid development ofsocial transformation,the values of college students is pluralistic,so the study of values ofcollege students has become an important part of the research of the theory of highereducation. College students are the future of our country and the hope of our nation and theirsvalues will affect the trends of the future society.Also,the values will restructure collegestudents’ self-perception and have an influence of their ideals, beliefs, life goals and the natureof the aspire.So values play an important role in college students’ behavioral orientation andadjustment.The importance of values is embodied in the guiding role of people’s behavior,sodifferent values will result in different cognition, emotion and behavior. In this paper, therelationship of values,interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being of college studentswere investigated in order to improve the values education from the perspective of psychology,and the survey can enrich the study of the theory of college students’ value system andprovide certain theoretical proposal for the theory of higher education.In this study,500college students were selected from four universities of Jinan asresearch subjects. They were measured by Chinese Values Questionnaire(CVQ)、InterpersonalRelationship Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire and General Well-Being Schedule. Thispaper studied the conditions and the relationships of values,interpersonal relationship andsubjective well-being of college students comprehensively,and explored the mediating effectsof interpersonal relationship between values and subjective well-being.The conclusions are as follows:1、The values of college students is significantly different on the gender, professional,grade and child who is only or not.2、The interpersonal relationship of college students is significantly different on thegender,and girls have fewer interpersonal relationship disturbance than boys.3、The subjective well-being of college students is significantly different on the gender,professional, grade and child who is only or not.4、The Money/Power dimension,the Fame/Achievement dimension and the Family Unit dimension of values of college students were positively related to the interpersonalrelationship disturbance. The Public Interest dimension and Human Emotion dimension ofvalues of college students were negatively related to the interpersonal relationshipdisturbance.5、The Money/Power dimension of values of college students were negatively related tothe subjective well-being,and also the Character/Self-discipline dimension,the Public Interestdimension,the Ability/Practicability dimension and the Human Emotion dimension of valueswere positively related to the subjective well-being.6、The interpersonal relationship disturbance of college students were negatively relatedto their subjective well-being,and interpersonal relationship disturbance has a better predictoron subjective well-being.7、Interpersonal relationship is the mediating effects between values and subjectivewell-being, values can affect the subjective well-being mediate through the interpersonalrelationship.
