The development of new curriculum reform injected new vitality into high school mathematics teaching and brought new challenges. However, there are difficulties in math teaching due to students being given too much content in a short time.Students are increasingly burdened with math and study inefficiently in class and even have the feeling that learning math is very hard. That results in students feeling afraid of learning math.During the math teaching process students are pushed to study quickly due to limited class time.Students just try to imitate the way that the teaching materials are expressed in the book and swallow the ideas without actually understanding them. They do a large number of similar drills in a short time without analyzing the structure of the content. This leads to their knowing neither the inner connection of the content nor the origin of methods of working out math problems. Therefore, many students fall far behind and fail to catch up with the teacher's teaching schedule.Students can be totally confused in math class and suffer a lot when trying to learn math. They feel frustrated for a long time and gradually lose interest in learning math. The teacher will also feel bored, with their work enthusiasm suppressed, their working efficiency going lower, professional growth stagnated, eventually leading to mathematics teachers' occupation burnout, hindering the improvement of their quality of life. With the aim of developing cultural value of mathematics learning and arousing students' interest in learning math, enhancing the level of rational thinking as well as developing the key competencies of math, five math teaching strategies including problem-based learning, procedure displaying, variant exploration, methods summarizing, enlightening the truth through the beauty of math are put forward. This article about physiological mechanism of thinking development is based on cerebral science and thoeries of behaviorism, cognitivism, humanism. These five strategies mentioned above are all based on actual cases, with theories combined with the practice of mathematics teaching. In particular, problem oriented intention, variant conclusion deepening, methods of root analysis, mathematical rigor in specific modules, and different methods of the depth of interpretation will have great inspiration on and be beneficial to the students and classroom teaching. The project based on math teaching practical activities puts forward five teaching practice researches. They are as follows: using contexts correctly according to curriculum standards, building up healthy and active math classes, having a meaningful conversation with students, focusing on the core literacy and students playing the leading role in maths learning. All the activities aim to cultivate students' rational thinking of math. The five teaching practice researches are accompanied by concrete practice, which is more detailed and deserves reading. This thesis is based on practical educational activities, with the aim of cultivating students' rational thinking.Fiveteaching strategies are suggested. They include analyzing the teaching materials scientifically, constructing an ecological classroom, making meaningful and deep dialogues with students, focusing on calculating skills and guiding students to reflect. The five teaching strategies combined with practical activities are detailed and worth reading. They enrich the students' understanding of mathematics learning and promote the changes of students' logicalthinking,so They are effective for the cultivation of students' rational thinking.
