Secondary vocational school students,a special group of students,a group of young people labeled with bad labels,and association is a powerful means of carrying out quality education in school,it can play an important role to complete the secondary vocational education,guide the students healthy growth,avoid the problems of secondary vocational school,lack of professionalism and sense of community.Therefore,it is of great significance to guide the development of the secondary vocational school students to carry out community in the high school.Based on community development of the role of secondary vocational school students,S vocational school has set up 8 community.However,with the help of community service,it is found that there are some common problems in the specific operation,for example:community management system imperfect,community activities difficult to attract the active participation of members,community members lack a sense of belonging,lacking management from the community experience and skills,directly weakening the role of community building for secondary vocational school students.Accordingly,the article is based on the content of group dynamics theory and the concept of social service,using group work method,social workers play the role of the guide and the breeders in the society,and cultivate the leaders of the society,guide them to manage the society independently,and then promote the independent development.Therefore,the Direct service object is composed of the person in charge of each association the association development group,indirect service objects are all societies.Through direct intervene with the team and set team task,this way can guide the team members to better manage the community;at the same time,through the supervision of community activities,the social worker can further evaluate and adjust the direction of the development of community,in order to cultivate the community.Finally,through the use of a questionnaire,observation,interview method,theintervention process was analyzed.The author draws conclusions: first,the group dynamics theory is applied to the cultivation of community,on the basis of group dynamics theory management association is effective;second,school social workers can take the community as a way to intervene in the youth services,relying on the development of the community,to promote the growth of young people;third,in the process of community development,can be used to interact with the team,with the role of the group to manage the community.But there are ways of service and how to consolidate the results of service is still inadequate.Therefore,how in the intervention process in the better effect on community group dynamics,also need to continue their effort.
