Study?on?the?Old-Age?Security?Problems?and?Countermeasures?of?China’s?Urban?One-Child?Families

In order to control the number of people,China’s family planning policy promotes that each couple has only one child,the one-child family came into being.However,due to the increase in social risk factors,some one-child families end up as one-child families as a result of accidental deaths of their children as they grow up.According to the statistics of the relevant departments,there are already millions of families in China who have lost their single child,and they are increasing substantially every year.Now,the parents of the first one-child are old,and every old man wants to have a child to live on in old age.But for urban families who have lost their children,when their children are alive,their parents put a lot of effort into them,while their children can not do their filial piety in bed when their parents are old,so that the old age of the parents can not be guaranteed,their old-age problems have become an important problem of social security in our country.Urban Losing-single-child families are active responses to the family planning policy,which has made outstanding contributions to the coordination of population and social resources development.Based on the study of urban losing-single-child families,maslow’s demand level theory,social support theory and compensation principle as the theoretical basis,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of urban losing-single-child families’ old-age security from the four aspects of policy,economy,life and spirit.Through the analysis,it is found that there are problems such as imperfect policy guarantee,low standard of economic support,lag in social old-age care and lack of spiritual comfort in the process of urban families,and find out the causes of these problems,mainly the lack of targeted policy protection,lack of effective economic assistance,low participation in social old-age care,lack of social emotional support.Finally,the rational measures to solve these problems are put forward,including establishing and perfecting the policy guarantee system for the families of losing-single-child,providing effective economic assistance to the families who have lost-single-child,improving the level of social old-age service of the family who has been left alone,and actively guiding the families who have lost single child families to regain their confidence in life.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,the relevant government departments and all sectors of society can learn more about the current situation of urban families who have lost their independence,pay attention to the old-age plight faced by the families who have lost single child,and establish the old-age security system for the families who have lost single child with the government as the core and guide the social forces to participate in the support,In the end,the government joined forces with all sectors of society to help the city’s families survive the difficulties.
