The Cheng Zhong Private School's Word and Descriptive Text is a Chinese character textbook compiled in the late Qing Dynasty.It profoundly influenced the subsequent editing of Chinese character textbooks.In recent years,this textbook has been re-published,and its historical value has increasingly attracted people's attention.This article mainly analyzes its own characteristics and its value and function to today's society from the background of teaching material compilation,the characteristics of teaching materials,the comparison with other similar books and dictionaries,as well as the development and utilization.From the background of the compilation of the teaching materials,the editors expressed their educational aspirations through the new Mongolian literacy textbooks in the context of the era of the late Qing Dynasty.From the point of view of the characteristics and inspiration of the teaching materials,first of all,this literacy textbook,due to the combined effects of various factors such as the times,has inherited the concept of traditional Chinese literacy and literacy education,while at the same time absorbing the concept of western learning.Second,in education.Concepts,educational methods and other aspects also have a certain degree of uniqueness;at the end of the day,the texts in the textbooks are neatly written and have aesthetic value.The illustrations are intended to be intuitive and concise.These two parts also have some inspiration and reference for the compilation of today ' s literacy textbooks.effect.From the comparison of the textbook with other similar textbooks and dictionaries,it can be seen that this textbook has certain influence on the compilation of some later literacy textbooks;as a set of textbooks compiled by the school,it has a certain degree of relevance to the current school-based textbooks.There is a certain difference between relevance;in comparison with the functional perspective of the Xinhua Dictionary,the difference between it and the dictionary is discriminated,and the value and characteristics of theteaching material are revealed accordingly.From the point of view of development and utilization: Combining the characteristics of the Cheng Zhong Private School's Word and Descriptive Text and the analysis of this literacy teaching material that has appeared on the market in the past and combining with the reader's demand psychology,the teaching material has been published so far.The issuance situation demonstrates the feasibility of the adaptation of the teaching material and the ways and means of how it can be used in school education,home education,and educational institutions.The design of mobile phone applications and related literacy instructional designs for teaching materials is then designed.
