Objective: To analyze the effects of different types of deep squats by studying the three types of deep squat exercise modes commonly used in physical fitness, namely shoulder width,140% shoulder width, tiptoe front, and 140% shoulder toe external rotation. The recruitment power of middle and lower extremity muscles and the recruitment of muscles under the influence of increasing loads provide some theoretical support and scientific basis for maintaining the basic body shape, obese people's fat loss, and fitness group shaping to meet different populations. The specific muscle exercise requirements of the lower extremities, and seek appropriate exercise load in order to achieve better fitness exercise results. Methods: The subjects were 10 students of Jilin University Sports Institute and they had a fitness experience of six months or more.Using surface EMG technique, three types of deep squat patterns, shoulder to shoulder width,140% shoulder width toe,and 140% shoulder toe external rotation, were used for EMG examination analysis and comparison of lower extremity muscle recruitment.Difference in hair force. Results: In the first mode, the iEMG value gradually increases with the increase of the load, and the MF value increases first and then decreases after the gluteus maximus gradually decreases. The MF values of the vastus lateralis, the femoral medial muscle, the rectus femoris, and the biceps femoris muscle increase first and then decrease; The iEMG values in Mode 2 and Mode 3 increase as the load increases, and the MF decreases as the load increases. In the three different deep squat models, changes in both narrow and wide feet and toes have significant effects on the biceps femoris and gluteus maximus, whereas there is no difference between the vastus lateralis, femoral medial and rectus femoris muscles.Change only related to the size of the load.Conclusions:(1)Under increasing load exercise, the pattern of shoulder length width squat is the most effective for the development of lateral vastus, vastus medialis and rectus femoris.(2)Mode two, namely 140% shoulder width, toes forward and mode three,140%shoulder width, and outer circumrotation 45 degrees squat action has significant effect on the exercise of two muscles and gluteus maximus.
