With the development of the economy,"made in China" ushered in a new era,the state for the manufacturing personnel training put forward a higher demand for training a group of "high quantity,high quality,high skills" of professionals.Secondary vocational education is an important part of adolescent education,the secondary vocational schools urgently need to improve students ' physical and mental health level,to complete the training goal of high-quality skilled personnel.Scientific,perfect and orderly teaching management of physical education is the key to ensure the improvement of P.E.quality.From the reading literature and visit to understand that the current secondary vocational school sports curriculum management is relatively loose,there is no unified physical education syllabus for the formulation of requirements,resulting in the development of physical education syllabus lack of scientific basis,physical education curriculum can not meet the needs of secondary vocational school students ' physical growth,urgent to reform.Through reading the literature,it is found that the relevant research on teaching research in secondary vocational schools is mainly aimed at the present situation of physical education in secondary vocational schools,and there are relatively few researches on the management of PE courses in secondary vocational schools.To realize the scientific and standardized teaching management of physical education in secondary vocational school,it is necessary to study the teaching management of P.E.class in secondary vocational school.This paper uses the literature method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method and logic method,to study the present situation of P.E.teaching and management in secondary vocational schools in Henan province,to understand the present situation of P.E.teaching management in secondary vocational schools in Henan province,to find out the problems existing in P.E.teaching management in secondary vocational schools in Henan province,and to put forward reasonable suggestions The research conclusions are as follows: to promote the scientific,normative and orderly development of P.E.teaching management in secondary vocational schools in Henan province.1.In Henan Province,the majority of secondary vocational school physical Education teachers meet the national standards of teachers,a small number of schools there is a shortage of physical educationteachers.The Physical education teacher age concentrates at 21 years old-40 years old,the education degree mainly is undergraduate,in recent years the secondary vocational school teacher recruitment request graduate degree.Physical education teachers are specialized in track and field,ball games and aerobics,and can meet the requirement of quality of P.E.teachers in secondary vocational schools as a whole.2.The main managers of P.E.teaching in secondary vocational schools in Henan province are vice principals,and the specific teaching work is managed by the group leader.Most of the schools have developed a system of teaching management of physical education,half of the school physical Education Teaching plan by the Department of Physical Education,the supervision of the implementation of physical Education Teaching program is the director of the Dean,more than half of the school's physical Education teacher Sports teaching program supervision is two times a semester.The classroom quality of P.E.teachers is checked irregularly.3.The teaching of physical education class is dominated by the Executive class,and the third grade of individual school adopts option teaching.Most schools meet the country's standard requirements for the class amount.The secondary vocational school in the Physical Education teaching management appeared in the following three kinds of characteristics: "Regional multi-school physical Education teaching resources sharing,according to gender and professional characteristics of the classification of teaching," one of the "Promotion of special project development."4.The teaching content arrangement of teachers in the course of class is quite diverse.There are many kinds of teaching methods in physical education,but the teaching methods are not creative enough and the students ' participation degree is not very high.The students in the classroom are less disciplined and not subject to the management of PE teachers.Some secondary vocational schools have poor site conditions and most of the school supplies are relatively adequate.Less than half of the schools have specialized venues,equipment management departments,most of the school site,equipment management is not standardized.5.The evaluation of physical education teaching is mainly based on skill evaluation,physical assessment and attitude evaluation,some schools add other evaluation content,and the PE teacher is the leading part in the evaluation process,and some schools make a summary and analysis of the sports performance.The evaluation of physical education teaching quality is based on students ' and teachers 'self-evaluation,and half of PE teachers think the evaluation method is unreasonable.6.The problems in the teaching management of physical education are mainly manifested in the following aspects: part of the Teaching management Department of Physical Education in schools is not clear;half of the school physical Education teaching plan is lack of unified and clear requirements,supervision,control and evaluation system is not perfect;most of the school's vocational skills training stage crowding out the,the student movement enthusiasm is poor,the classroom plays the mobile phone phenomenon to be serious,the study appraisal is not rigorous,the appraisal main body and the method is unitary,the result management is comparatively loose,the physical education teaching quality appraisal objectivity is poor,the appraisal result plays the role to be less;P.E.7.Improve the quality of teaching management of P.E.class,the school should further clarify the responsibilities of the management department,perfect the management mechanism and the reward mechanism,formulate the physical education plan suitable for the university,strengthen the implementation,supervision and evaluation,arrange the practical training of vocational skills and the time of physical education,and set up abundant teaching contents of P.E.course for students to choose.Enhance the attraction of physical education,increase the sports density of physical education,make the students move;The organic combination of various evaluation methods,the implementation of a comprehensive evaluation of the main body,improve the quality of physical education teaching evaluation standards,the establishment of a complete evaluation system,to increase physical education teachers out of learning opportunities.
