Research On Tourism Management Teaching System Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Henan Province

With the continuous development of tourism industry in recent years, the tourism industry has reached the stage of national strategic system, which has higher demands for tourism scholarly studies in our country. Its rapid development needs lots of travel employees of high quality. Meanwhile, there is apparent lack lying in present tourism practical teaching of many vocational colleges in Henan Province. As a result, many students lack tourism practical ability and cannot meet the requirement of tourism industry, to a certain extent, affecting their future employment and the realization of higher vocational training target.Practical teaching plays a big role in tourism education of higher vocational colleges. It helps to optimize tourism teaching system, combine tourism theory with practice greatly and foster the innovational tourism talent. It also favors the development of professional skill and quality, being beneficial for promoting student employability and realizing higher vocational training target eventually.The paper mainly study on tourism practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges. By using research approaches such as documentary, questionnaire and interviews, with constructionism, multi-intelligent theory and situational learning as theoretical basis, the paper tries to study current status, some problems and related reasons of tourism practical teaching in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province. The author analyses development tendency of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges and makes reference to some useful teaching modes at home and abroad, exploring and proposing countermeasures of higher vocational tourism practical teaching system in Henan Province, such as the sandwich mode and the three insides and outsides mode. Besides, the paper takes several higher vocational colleges as examples and makes related empirical research.The paper consists of five parts.The foreword part mainly introduces the research background, significance and approaches, as well as research status and comments at home and abroad.The second part is mainly about theoretical basis of research on tourism practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges. The third part focuses on current situation, problems and related reasons of tourism practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges in Henan Province.Based on the third part, the fourth gives an analysis on the reforming trend and countermeasures of tourism practical teaching system of higher vocational colleges in Henan Province.According to the research above, with questionnaires, in-depth interviews, theories such as constructionism and the sandwich mode and the three insides and outsides mode, the fifth part takes several higher vocational colleges in Henan Provinces as examples and makes empirical research in promoting tourism practical teaching system of higher vocational colleges.
