In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology in China and the expansion of its application fields in the market,a variety of Intelligent ordering systems were developed in the food and beverage industry.These systems are popular for their intelligent and convenient service,which are integrated with intelligent terminal,electronic platform and mobile system.Different from the social restaurant,the university restaurant not only needs to meet the basic demands of life,but also needs to put the students' health and food security at the first place.Thus,it's essential to development and implement a new ordering system to combine the health concept and meal nutrition together.Based on the project management theory,the thesis divided the development and risk analysis of college health ordering system into four phases in the paper and determined the specific work contents for each phase accordingly.The phases are the analysis of the status of healthy eating management in colleges and universities,the development of restaurant health ordering system,system application promotion,and project risk analysis with countermeasures.In the analysis of the current situation of healthy eating management in college restaurants,the thesis focused on the discussion of the importance of healthy diet and the development status of healthy diet in China,indicating that Chinese universities need to promote healthy diet;in the development of restaurant health order system,the system requirements and system are emphasized.The structure and function show the practicability and feasibility of the ordering system;in the application promotion analysis of the university health ordering system,the advantages of the project are mainly discussed,the promotion channels of the project are analyzed,and the promotion measures are formulated according to the promotion channels;In the risk analysis and countermeasure analysis,the internal and external risks that the project may encounter are emphasized and the corresponding risk response measures are proposed according to different risks.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole thesis,and the results of the thesis can be used as a reference for the development and promotion of the health order system of colleges and universities.
