Innovation is the core of national development and national progress.Education is the main road to realize the cultivation of innovative talents.Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform,the implementation of innovative education in secondary schools is an important line to achieve quality education.And more it is the inevitable requirement of modern education reform and the lighting of the future education reform.Innovation is also an urgent task facing educators.The chemistry in middle school as one of the important components of basic education has an unshrinkable responsibility and obligation to cultivate innovative talents.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:The first chapter summarizes the research background and research status of innovative education,pointing out that the implementation of innovative education in secondary schools is the basic requirement of adapting to the new curriculum reform,which is conducive to the comprehensive development of students and laying the foundation for growth and talent development of the student.And more it is also the certain choice and significance of social development.The second chapter gives an explanation of the definition and characteristics of innovation and innovative education.Based on the theory of innovative education,brain science development theory,constructivism learning theory,pragmatism learning theory and humanism theory,the teaching process should jointly develop the left brain and right brain of the student,so that it could keep a balance between right brain and left brain development.In this way so as to maximize using the overall function of the brain system with developing innovative thinking of the student,as a result the students innovative ability could be guaranteed in the meantime and the implementation of innovative education could be a real success finally.In order to understand the background of new curriculum reform in the chemistry teaching of middle school and know the implementation of innovative education and the innovation ability of the student,some middle and senior students in Kunming selected as the objects makes an investigation about the effect ofinnovative education in the chemistry teaching of middle school,and the factors that affect the innovation ability of the student and so on in the third chapter.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the implementation of innovative education is not in place in the chemistry teaching of middle school.There are few ways and means to innovate the innovative ability of student.And more the innovative ability of student is not strong.How the innovative education implied in chemistry teaching during secondary school which based on the problems gained in the previous analysis of the implementation of innovative education in the fourth chapter.Through comparing the innovation consciousness,innovation thinking and innovation ability,it could be concluded that the innovation consciousness is the prerequisite for the implementation of innovative education,therefore the innovative consciousness of the student could cultivated from the interest of the student and the concept changing of the teacher.Innovative thinking is the whole core of innovation education,so innovative thinking must be cultivated by divergent thinking and dialectical thinking.The innovation ability embodies the implementation of innovative education.There are many ways to cultivate innovation ability with the particularity of the chemical learning.The ways should be based on chemical experiments to cultivate hands-on operation and experimental inquiry of the student and so on,as a result the innovation ability of the student could be improved.This paper analyzes the implementation and cultivation of innovative education from the following aspects,including the teaching method and the concept of the teacher,the interest cultivation of the student,divergent thinking,dialectical thinking,reverse thinking and image thinking,questioning ability,observation ability and experimental ability of the student.However the implementation and cultivation of innovative education is a long process.It is always runs through the whole educational process,from kindergarten until university,whether master and doctoral stages,or even the whole life.Therefore,whether it is theoretical basis of innovative education or the implementation of innovative education,they both need further comprehensive and research and study systematically as well.
