In the process of population aging is accelerating today, weshould be increasing awareness and enhance physical fitness,improve the health of the importance and urgency. Strengthening ofthe elderly and the elderly exercise reasonable living diet can notonly physical health, enhance the body’s resistance to disease, butalso conducive to physical and mental health of the elderly. In thisstudy, Yuncheng552samples over the age of60, in the form ofinterviews and questionnaires conducted measurements, Theinterview and questionnaire were tested, and the data accessmethods such as analysis of aged people in Yuncheng city of thediet of rationality and scientific physical exercise situation, andgives some suggestions and opinions, with a view to the elderly inYuncheng city happy years contribute.The main conclusions are:1ratio of Yuncheng elderly due to lack of food science,nutrition intake leading to irrational, the elderly due to age moreserious loss of calcium, but significantly less than its supply ofnutrients; main food source of heat is transported urban elderlycereals and meat, to ensure adequate heat. Lack of quality protein intake.2more than40%of older people do not participate in physicalexercise, physical exercise to promote health awareness is notstrong; older people to participate in physical exercise is mainly toachieve better health, longevity and disease prevention;participate in physical exercise self-health perception wassignificantly higher than the elderly do not participate elderlyphysical exercise; older people exercise more single place, thesurvey shows the main place of physical exercise participation ofolder persons is Park Plaza, public spaces and community openspace, these places are more open due, is not conducive to theelderly care; elderly people to participate in physical exerciseprogram is more abundant, to meet the needs of different groups,but the lack of a more formal organization to guide the guide andsports instructors; with increasing age, the number of times aweek to participate in physical exercise and sports activities foreach a corresponding decline in the number of both, mainlybecause with increasing age, physical condition and exerciseawareness of the elderly caused their decline; proper physicalexercise can improve the mental health of the elderly.3elderly people to participate in the exercise in addition toculture, level of economic development of the traditional conceptof factors, summarized the survey through interviews after physicalexercise in older people lack motivation, fewer sports venues andfacilities equipment, lack of professional guidance, relevant sportsorganizations to do the work not in place, the atmosphere, such aslack of physical exercise are all factors that affect older people to participate in physical exercise.4With age, declining physical function of the elderly, areasonable diet to ensure the body needs nutrition. Moderatephysical exercise can delay the rate of aging and extend healthyaging.The main recommendations are:1government departments can promote knowledge abouthealth and diet nutrition through community radio, local televisionand posters, organizing health and dietary nutrition lectures toenhance health awareness of the elderly, develop attention ofvarious nutrients in the daily diet supplement and improve thehealth of the elderly.2In addition to supporting the construction of sports venuesand facilities should be equipped with professional sportsinstructors and healthcare institutions tracking service, went intothe community around the elderly, the elderly sports instructors tolead the organization for scientific exercise. For weak constitutions,disease and rehabilitation of older people, to give them the creationof exercise prescription, so that they have more fitness skills.Multiple forms of organized fun sports elderly, create a goodatmosphere in the fitness area.3daily meals and the elderly should be combined with physicalexercise, so the combination of both, to achieve the bestcombination of diet and exercise, to create a good foundation tobuild a healthy and happy life. 4universal health concerns of the elderly, provide convenientconditions for the elderly as possible, so that older people have ahappy happy old age.
