Study On The Problems And Strategies Of Rural Elderly Education

With the intensification of the ageing population in China,the concept of lifelong education has gradually become popular.The development of elderly education has become a strong voice in society.As part of China's lifelong education system,the development of elderly education has a positive role in promoting the development of society and individuals,and it also plays an important role in promoting the construction of a learning society.As an underdeveloped province in central China,the development of elderly education in Anhui Province started late.Although there have been certain developments in recent years,there are still many problems in the process of development.For example,the development of elderly education in Anhui Province is slow,the popularity is not high,and the management mechanism is chaos and so on.In order to learn more about the development of rural elderly education in Anhui Province,this article took the elderly education in Shushan Town,Wuhu City,Anhui Province as a sample,and used questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze the status quo of the development of elderly education.Based on this research,we identified the existing problems in the development of elderly education in Shushan Town,Wuhu City,and proposed corresponding solutions to promote the further development of rural elderly education in Anhui Province.This work discusses the research contents in five parts.The first part concludes background,research significance,the current research of the elderly education,the research method and the innovation of this work.The second part mainly talks about the related theories and concepts.The third part depicts the general condition of the elderly education in the rural area of Anhui province through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and interview.The fourth part is an in-depth interpretation and analysis of the current situation and problems of senile education in Shushan Town.The fifth part is the strategic thinking on how to further develop the rural elderly education in Anhui Province.By investigating and analyzing the development of elderly education in Anhui province Wuhu city ShuShan town,this paper intent to find effective solutions,and then further establish a new mode for rural elderly education development.
