Research On Learning Needs And Learning Satisfaction Of Elderly Students

In 2017,China has promulgated the "13th five-year plan" for the development of national aging and the construction of the pension system,aiming at coping with the aging problem.Among them,education of old age has been further valued.Proper planning and development of education is of great significance to help the elderly adapt to life changes,maintain healthy body,increase life value,improve life happiness and healthy aging.As an important institution of education,the old university has been developed for over 30 years and has accumulated rich practical experience,but it is still insufficient compared with the developed regions.To understand the learning needs and learning satisfaction of the college students,it can help to understand the education quality of the current university and further optimize the construction and development of the university.This study based on the current aging and elderly education development background,and reseraches Wuhan Jianghan district elderly university students.This study investigates the elderly students learning needs and learning satisfaction with the method of literature research,questionnaire and interview,discusses the characteristic of their learning needs,the present situation of the learning satisfaction.Through the questionnaire data analysis and interviews and empirical research,this study found that:1.Almost all the elderly university courses relate to expressing needs and coping needs,and courses of expressing needs are in the majority.And the courses of contributing needs,influencing needs,trascend needs are rarely involved.2.The majority of students who participated in old university were female,mainly from 50 to 69 years old.Their education,economic condition,healthy conditino are in moderate to high level.3.The students of the old university have diversified learning needs,and the degree of learning needs is from high to low,which is to contributing needs,expressing needs,influencing needs,transcend needs and coping needs.4.The overall satisfaction of college students' learning satisfaction is "satisfaction",among which the satisfaction of teachers is the highest,and the satisfaction of interpersonal interaction and curriculum is low.5.There is a significant positive correlation between the learning needs and learning satisfaction of the aged students.Finally,according to the research conclusion,the author puts forward some Suggestions to meet the learning needs and improve the learning satisfaction from the perspective of senior education managers and the elderly learners.
