Rural elderly is an important part of social groups.With the development of society and the change of population structure,in China the number of rural elderly population is large,the degree of rural aging is high,and the rural aging problem is serious.In 2016,in the thirty-second collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,Xi Jinping stressed that population aging is a worldwide problem and that the impact on human society is profound and lasting.China is one of the countries with high population aging in the world.The elderly population is the largest and the aging is the fastest,and the task of population aging is the most important.To meet the needs of a large number of large groups of elderly people,properly solve the social problems brought about by the aging of the population.It related to the overall situation of national development,related to the well-being of the people,we need to deal with great efforts.Scholars(Wu Yan,2014)put forward that "education is a new way to enhance the spiritual life of the elderly in rural areas".The rural elderly through the study can enrich the lives of the elderly,improve the rural elderly thinking concept,actively integrate into the community,achieve self-worth,and alleviate the social problems brought about by rural aging.Taking the rural elderly of Guanzhong in Shaanxi Province as an example,the literature research,case investigation and interview method are used to study in the paper.Rural elderly learning happen in production and life,the process of people participating in activities is a process of continuous learning.The article analyzed the concept of spontaneous learning: non-organizational learning,self-organization learning and organizational learning,explained the concept of self-organization learning of the rural elderly.The study of the rural elderly experienced three stages of change,that is,from the non-organizational and self-organized coexistence stage to his organizational stage and then to the self-organization stage flourishing.In this study,we conducted an empirical study on the self-organization learning of the elderly in areas of Guanzhong,Shaanxi Province.We viewed as the learning of old age association of Dong da-jian County in Zhouzhi,the music classes in the village of Songlin County in Wugong,Temple fair of Qing long County in Fufeng,Farmhouse Association of Xiancang County in Chunhua as a typical case of self-organization learning for rural elderly.Combined with these cases of self-organization learning of rural elderly,the characteristics of the rural elderly self-organized learning is atypical,open,local and folk in the new era.And the rural elderly self-organized study is divided into four types: the cultural and entertainment type,the production skills,the emotional exchange type,spiritual type.Finally,it analyzed the rural elderly self-organized learning situation from the perspective of learning elements.Learning elements included learners,learning content,learning the impact.In the study content,The self-organization learning of the rural elderly can be divided into ideological and moral content,production technology knowledge and culture and entertainment.Rural places of study for the elderly can be divided into public places and private places,the public places-village temple is the main place for rural elderly to learn,and farmhouse,elderly activities center and some private places have shown a lack of vitality.In the way of learning,rural elderly learning methods diversified.The self-organization learning of the rural elderly plays a certain role in the study of the rural elderly,which enriches the life of the rural elderly and meets the needs of the rural elderly,with strong autonomy,strong driving force,the organization flexible and orderly,learning environment and other advantages.But there are still some difficulties: self-organization learning lacks of the necessary guidance,poor learning discipline,imperfect learning facilities,inadequate external supply,which gave the rural elderly learning caused some difficulties.In addition,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the self-organization learning of rural elderly from the inside and outside.And puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the self-organization learning effect of the rural elderly: First,playing the advantages of self-organized learning to establish the elderly learning community.Secondly,the use of traditional public places to create an open learning environment.Thirdly,the government provides guidance and support to improve external supply.Finally,combined with a variety of ways to promote the elderly to learn.
