The peer model prefers to the model which staying in the similar age,growth environment and values with middle school students.The purpose of its application is to make use of the characteristics of the background,hobby and growth environment between the peer models and middle school students,choose the good example in the idea,behavior and so on,to improving the peer models' influence,infectivity rallying point to achieving the goal of ideological and political education better.The peer model has a prominent feature.First of all,the peer model was specific,the middle school students could observed and contacted the peer model directly,the latter' image stayed vividly and clearly in middle school students' mind;secondly,the peer model was lively,the peer model close to the actual life of the middle school students,cause the two in the same living environment;finally,the peer was amiable,which is manifested by the consistency between the peer models and the middle school students' way of speaking.In the current middle school education,the application of the peer model education is widespread.The school publicized the peer model in a variety of forms,but in fact,it does not leave a deep impression on the middle school students.The selecting way of peer model is diversified,and provides a rich peer model resource for the ideological and political education in middle school,but the application of peer model has not related to the daily teaching work and the daily moral work of the school closely.On the other hand,the horizontal and vertical excavation of the peer model is not enough,and presented the content of peer model in one-sided,weakened the utilization of peer model.At the same time,students were less involved in the establishment and selection of the peer model'selecting standard and recommending,and the students do not have the conditions of deep participation in the school "follow the style" of the peer model education activities,so the students' Deep Participation in the peer model education activities is insufficient.Finally,through surveys and interviews,it is found that the evaluation system is not impeccable in most middle schools.From the perspective of middle school students,the individual growth of middle school students makes their model view' change,and the diversity of social culture intensifies the instability of the model view of middle school students.From the point of view of the educator,the unsound standard of the peer model selection affects the students' recognition of the peer model,weakened the students' enthusiasm to take part in the peer model education activities.What's more,under the negative influence of the traditional model teaching pattern,the power and creativity of educator were restrained.In order to improve the high school peer model education,we should make clear the standard of peer model' selecting,strengthen the guiding role of the socialist core values,core literacy and the goal of comprehensive development.Secondly,we should renew the educational concept,respect the students' main position in the educational activities,make full use of the influence of the students' peer group and draw on the model of idolatry in order to innovate the concrete way of the high school peer model education.Third we should establish a comprehensive evaluation system,including the evaluation of learning motivation,the evaluation of the learning process and the evaluation of the effectiveness of learning,make the evaluation system of the high school peer model education wholesome.
