Research On Service Strategy And Mode Of The Combination Of Medical And Aged Service In The Perspective Of Social Work

With the constant improvement of social economy,medical care,and people's living conditions,the number of elderly people in China has a rapid growth.At present,China has stepped into an aging society.Various signs indicate that the elderly population in China is not only large in quantity,but will also grow at a relatively rapid rate.In light of this trend,China will become one of the countries in the world with the most serious aging problem and greatest pressures for elderly care.Faced with such a huge increase and growth rate of the elderly population,the first thing that needs to be considered is the care and medical needs of the elderly.However,China is still in the initial stage of socialist economic development.The related system of social services for the elderly and medical security system have not yet been improved.How to solve the pressure of aging caused by the huge population is a major issue that affects the overall social and economic development in China.The new model of elderly care combined with medical care was born under this situation.It emerged from the inheritance of traditional medical care and pension services,and at the same time,it has an innovation through the combination of social work,elderly care,medical rehabilitation and health care so as to provide services for the elderly,meet their daily and medical care needs.The uniqueness of professional values and work techniques in social work enables them to have natural interventional advantages in the field of medical care.The concern and care for the disadvantaged groups is fully reflected in the aspect of medical care and support for the elderly as well as in the investigations of needs,medical and rehabilitation aids,daily care,psychological and emotional counseling,cultural and sports activities,medical service transfer,and links to medical resources,which has good prospect.However,through the author's on-the-spot case study in the Z nursing home,it is found that the current model of medical care and support for the elderly and institutional development in China is not perfect.The pension institutions still have many problems in the quality of social interactions among the elderly,the quality of social workers and medical personnel,and the degree of the combination of medical care.From the perspective of social work,we can help the development of pension institutions,improve the service quality of institutions through the construction of social support networks,reasonable choice of response,linkage of social resources as well as the expansion of service content and other means.In addition,it has been found through analysis that the social work service model of the elderly care institution itself has bottlenecks in the development.It is mainly manifested in the lack of professional social workers' knowledge in gerontology and geriatrics,the lack of linkage between social work services and medical care services,social work has become a vassal of medical services,and the effect of social work services is far less than that of medical services.From the perspective of social work,the author provides optimization strategies for the improvement of existing social work models in the field of medical care and rehabilitation,including optimizing social work involving gerontology and medical knowledge of social workers,strengthening of medical care,pensions,social work services and information exchange,paying attention to the professional value and professional autonomy of social work as well as strengthening social service assessment and publicity.It is hoped that the above strategy will give full play to the professional advantages so as to improve the model.In the end,the author made relevant reflections on how to promote the improvement of social work service capabilities,and emphasized the support network for social work services and the construction of a mature social work pension service system in the hope to promote the development of social work in the field of combination of medical and health care,and help aging health career so as to reduce the development pressure in our aging society.
