The Problems Of Service Supply In Medical And Nursing Institutions Social Work Intervention Strategy Research

As an innovative pension model,the combination of medical care and old-age care can provide continuous,comprehensive and appropriate integrated health care services for the elderly,and can effectively meet the comprehensive needs of the elderly for medical care and old-age care services.Promoting the development of the combination of medical care and maintenance is an important measure to deal with the aging population in China.In the context of the implementation of the national strategy to actively respond to the aging population,the combination of medical and nursing services for the elderly has developed rapidly across the country,and has gradually formed a variety of medical and nursing combined old-age care models,which have covered county-level cities.However,as the combination of medical care and old-age care is a new industry,it still faces some problems in practice and exploration.This study selected Y combination of medical and nursing service organization as a case,and tried to explore the problems in all aspects of the supply of combined medical and nursing service through field research,and thought about the improvement path of the supply of combined medical and nursing service from the perspective of social work.The research object of this paper is Zunyi City Y medical care combined with old-age care institutions.First of all,through collecting and searching related literature,we understand the development status of medical and nursing institutions.Then,through observation method and interview method,the elderly,management staff and medical staff in the institution were investigated and interviewed.The study found that at present,there are still some problems in the supply subjects,supply objects and supply links of Y medical and nursing combined services.In terms of supply subjects,the departments’ cooperation is not strong,the management and operation concepts are different,the professional skills are insufficient,and the social resources are not linked enough.In terms of supply objects,the elderly have weak consciousness of combining medical care with nursing care,low sense of self-worth,and strong desire of family nursing care.In terms of supply links,the service content needs to be improved,the service quality needs to be improved,and the service capacity needs to be enhanced.The reasons for these problems are: the combination of medical and nursing is in the stage of exploration and development,the elderly have low cultural identity of the combination of medical and nursing,and the resource limitation of the development of the combination of medical and nursing.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward the perfect countermeasures for the supply of combined medical and nursing services from the perspective of social work,which are as follows: in terms of supply subjects,acting as a coordinator to strengthen communication and cooperation between departments,participating in information management and evaluation as a third party,playing the role of resource link to seek external resources;In terms of supply objects,enhance the elderly’s cognition of the combination of medical care,enhance the elderly’s sense of self-worth,and strengthen the emotional link between the elderly and the family;In terms of supply links,the construction of social work + medical multidisciplinary professional knowledge sharing platform,enrich the content design of medical and nursing combined elderly care service activities,and strengthen the psychological empowerment of staff in medical and nursing combined institutions.
